I was pleasantly surprised by how nice they were. We had to go to 4 different places to find a walking boot. This place had one, but didn't accept my insurance. Nevertheless, we came back and paid out-of-pocket. Not one bit sorry that we did. I'm definitely going back there for ALL of my medical supplies. Plus, they are very easy to find.

Super nice people and so willing to help. They never get aggravated while helping. Recommend 100% They did not have my size in the boot I needed, but nonetheless they made it work with what they had. I’ve never had to wear a boot before and the gentleman was super helpful, he even talked baseball with my son so he wouldn’t get bored while waiting. This place definitely deserves 5 stars.

I was trying to find a part that was lost from an elderly disabled friend's crutch. They immediately knew what I needed and actually took one off a display and gave it to me free of charge. My friend was thrilled.

They were so friendly and helpful. Luckily, I have no need of their products for myself, but if I ever do, I will certainly return.

I went in to pick up a nebulizer for my daughter. Every employee I came in contact with greeted me with a kind smile and a friendly hello.
It was kind of shocking that a medical supply place could be so inviting and have such a welcoming ambience.
I’ve been to almost all the others around this area, and never have I felt so welcomed and appreciated.

They were so kind and accommodating. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant. I wish I would have gotten his name.
Younger guy, (maybe in his late 20s or early 30s) curly dark hair. That is the best I’ve got.

He opened the nebulizer, showed me every detail of the product while explaining every step of how to use the machine, connect all the cords, and administer the medication to my daughter. I’m very pleased with my service, and I could tell the other 5 customers were as well.

After all of that, and signing insurance papers,
I was still in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.
If you need ANY (I seen comfortable looking lift chairs that looked recliners, walkers, beds, breathing machine and much more) medical equipment… I advise you choose Community Medical. You won’t be disappointed

There is a reason this place has all 5 Star reviews. The people here go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need. With out going into it the Owner went extremely out of his way to make sure I had the supplies that I needed for $100 sales he did what most people wouldn't have done for $1000 sale. I can not thank him enough. They deserve your business and they have mine.

At Community Medical Supply, I recieved customer service at its best! When I called to inquire about a product that I was looking for, the lady was so pleasant to talk with and answered my question efficiently. Upon arriving at the store, my husband and I were met with such warmth and friendliness. The kind lady here went above and beyond to meet our needs and seemed truly happy to help us. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
