Community medical group is a great clinic that provides very good care. Starting with DR Gamboa takes time with the patients and listens to us. Joanne Prevail as his medical assistant she is one of the best. Reyna Cuesta I cannot find words but she is always busy but she takes her time and is one of the best.

My experience at this clinic was very disappointing. I went because I had a fall in December that affected my back, and I’ve been dealing with constant pain for a month. I also have a medical history that includes surgeries on my spine, which makes my health a significant concern. While I eventually got the referrals I needed, the process was not easy, and I was hoping to communicate with a doctor who would listen and understand my situation. Instead, the doctor had an arrogant attitude, didn’t allow me to explain my medical history, and dismissed my understanding of my own body. Rather than easing my concerns, I left with more stress, pain, and confusion.

My experience here has been terrible. I had several exams done, but they refused to explain the results to me. My appointments have been repeatedly rescheduled without my consent, even after I've taken time off work. When I finally saw a doctor, I was told that my exams had expired and needed to be redone. After paying to redo them, the same situation is happening again. Their system even shows that I've seen a doctor when I haven't. What frustrates me the most is that I requested a medical release for my new physician a week before my appointment, and they still haven't sent it. I'm very upset. This office is really mishandling things and honestly should be shut down.

I have to be honest, the transformation under Efren's leadership has been remarkable. The customer service is exceptional, and the team's dedication is outstanding. Dr. More Jon and her assistant have been a godsend, and the entire staff is consistently caring and empathetic. I highly recommend this place; no more long lines, and the front desk ladies are truly welcoming.

The worst service ever.. appointments are made for the time in which it was set for..my appointment is for 9 am and I was told to stand in line and I can’t stand up I was told to stand in line anyways u til my turn was up after having an appointment.. I do not recommend this place..the photo I set is me standing and waiting..it is now 9:42….if anyone says that this clinic is fast and good at service..it’s a complete lie
