Im so very disappointed in this community medical group they no longer have the drivers and are now having uber my grandmother had an appointment at opaloka and got sent to Kendall it made her miss her appointment I’m so dissapointed in community for taking out the drivers ,with drivers my grandmother said she feels safer and that she will make it to the right location on time. Please never go here with Ubers I’m already in the process of changing my grandmother to CON VIVA they have their own drives and is much safer than this. never again!!!

My experience was awesome. Ileana was really attentive and really nice toward my experience while being here. She helped me with everything and so did Dr.Sanchez, thank you both for everything.

This place is horrific!!!!! The negligence and disrespect to patients especially pediactrics department. With special needs children who need referrals to specialists. Dr. Rosetty Sanchez was horrible and disrespectful to my sister and her autistic son who is in desperate need of his therapies and special check ups. She kept telling the kids to be quiet in a nasty way and she also kept saying that she doesn’t know the kids and he doesn’t look autistic he speaking fine to me etc. The insensitivity of the doctor pissed me off and I have reported her. Don’t take your kids here please 🙏🏻 This doctor is unprofessional this clinic is unprofessional. For this clinic to be in a intercity serving a marginalized community truly needs to be trained to be professional, kind and sensitive to their patients and their parents/caregivers.

All the doctors and staff who work at this Community Medical Group clinic are super professional. They always give their patients the necessary attention and recommendations. The doctors who have treated me in my last several appointments have been excellent! Trusted doctors here, with passion and dedication!!!

I have never in my life experienced such a disrespectful experience."Doctor" Yodalys Martinez Montero. My daugter is extremely sick and after scheduling a video consultation she could not get the camera to work. On top of my daughter feeling this way she carelessly stated to bring her tomorrow after I was confirmed for my appointment and leaving work early today. I wouldve understood if it was a system issue but disregarding my daughter and stating you have another appointment and can't help me, that their is unacceptable. To top it off,because of the lack of professionalism and me leaving early from work today and having to now ask for the following day off the Doctor said she did not care. She should be ashamed of herself and her lack of caring. I'm extremely offended and really would like to report this so called Doctor for the lack of empathy and respect for us and our time. She is the worst excuse of a Doctor and it is a shame I don't have the ability to do so but if I held the ability I would request to revoke her medical license immediately. Please do not come to her unless you have an appointment to die and would like to reschedule at a later day.

I have to admit that after reading the reviews I was skeptical about the appointment I just had made!
What a surprising delight was to find out that all my worries were unfounded!
Clean, organized and prompt!
The admission process was flawless.
Had a great visit!
Dr. Mustelier was nothing short of amazing, polite, knowledgeable and on point!
Great Dr., great bedside manners.
Need to mention her assistant, Yesenia, also a perfect meet.
Never been so promptly assisted on a Dr’s visit.
Please don’t pay attention to the negatives reviews.
It’ll be a long time before I ever think of changing my clinic!

They systematically delay the issues of referrals, never answer the phone to the specialists or to the patients “never”. Never return your calls. Made me lose important appointments. This is a shame
