Dr Fong is the best !! He is kind, professional and effective. I enjoy going to my check up’s because I genuinely trust Dr Fong with my health. The staff at CMC always a pleasure. Would never recommend this office. Very non compassionate staff, not even the administrator Susset Perez as she is not empathetic at all about patients concerns. Very unprofessional staff and the worst service provided. Referral staff won’t go above and beyond to help a patient with needs and in pain as she stated that making a call or going above and beyond is not her job or in her job description. The administrator is very rude and does not seek after a patients concerns. Would not recommend neither take a family member again to this office.

I just turned 18 and transferred to the adult unit of community medical group and I was treated very nicely by a woman called Arelys who made me feel welcomed and helped me figure out appointments and everything I needed to know.
