The most unprofessional staff!!
Dr. Anayas and Dr.Perry are fantastic, but their staff is a nightmare! They take the liberty to schedule your child’s appointment at whatever location they deem fit and don’t have the sense to inform the parents where the appointment was made until you arrive at the wrong location ..when you call to figure out why you were scheduled at a location where your child has NEVER been seen, they basically just shrug their shoulders and tell you to reschedule.. and when you ask to speak to a supervisor well she is no help either. NO EMPATHY. My child’s health is not a joke.

Thus is the worse experience that I have ever had with individuals that work with kids. The front desk for pediatrics was angry at me for trying to get her to understand that my insurance had given me a reference number for her to look up in order for her to know that my daughter could be seen by this office. I suggested that she go home for the day and get herself together. I told her how critical it was that my daughter see the doctor and the receptionist said “Oh Well” and walked away. I asked her why was she so angry when I was very calm. There were patients in the waiting room. I even had an appointment for that time. I will be seeking another doctor for my daughter. I figured if she talked to me and treated me the way she did that I shouldn’t trust my daughters health in their hand.

I love Dr. Concepcion Anayas and Dr. Pam! They both have been great and very accurate when treating my daughter. They listen to my concerns and address all of them. The staff are also kind and knowledgeable. I will always recommend Dr. Anayas for a pediatric primary doctor. My mom even took me to her when I was born. So technically I’ve known Dr. Anayas for 25 years! She’s always been good to me and my family as well as Dr. Pam.

After seeing all the bad reviews I was skeptical about bringing my children to see her. After our visit I was relieved that Dr. Anayas was really attentive during our visit and answered all my questions. She really took the time to talk to my daughter to make her feel comfortable, the staff was great and everything was super clean. I will definitely be keeping her as our pediatrician.

This is one of the most difficult offices I’ve ever dealt with. The receptionist that works in Orange City is perhaps one of the rudest people ever. Answers phone with an attitude, I tried making an appointment and I’m met with just a no very happy demeanor. If you’re working in the health industry you need to have sympathy for those you take care of. Olivia just has a mean attitude all around.

The docs are great! Wait time is normally expected. They rotate appts and walk ins so you're not there all day. It's a very busy place. So mny people complain about their wait time, but these docs spend more than just 5 mins per patient. They make sure you are given the time needed to address all concerns. I have 4 children and they've seen the last 2 since birth. They were my pediatricians for 14 yrs. I wish I could have taken them with us when we moved out of state. I hope my nxt docs are as great as them!

This place is the absolute worst! My insurance set me up with dr. Anayas, so I didn't really think too much into it. The first time I went it was to the deland office, it was run down didnt even look like it would pass an inspection with windows busted out and everything. Got inside, it felt like there wasnt even ac on, the medical assistants were rude, and the dr didnt listen to a word that came out of my mouth. They scheduled me for a follow up at the orange city office which I thought might be better. It wasnt, got there well before my appointment time, got taken back, I was the only patient in the office and say in an exam room for over 40 mins with a dead roach on the floor, listening to the medical assistants gossiping and the dr just chilling, finally I coughed on purpose and he says "oh someone is here?" Finally he came in to talk to me, while one of the medical assistants was in the room texting on her phone... once again he didnt listen to anything I said, I left with no answers at all... I'll be calling my insurance tomorrow to change drs. That place is a joke. I wish someone would have told me.
