The 5 stars goes to the office manager Taneasha Braswell. Chick is a beast, meaning she's the best & good at her job! ? She's highly intelligent, gets things done quickly, is a straight shooter, tells you like it is & seems to know all the doctors around the local area, cities/towns. If I have an issue all I have to do is give her a call & she handles it quickly/accurately/professionally. As long as you don't play games & be up front with her she'll take care of you. She cares bout her patients/clients & wants the best care for them. I also love my primary care manager Deray Williams, another young/smart medical practitioner. The future is bright with these two young professionals. If they go I go!

I had to go to the Urgent care on a Friday because they were closed. I called that following Monday to get my referral sent they said okay. Come to find out, they never sent the referral Kayla Hurst will not call me back. I’ve been a patient here since I was a child, not anymore. Ever since they switched, they got worse. I switched Drs office immediately.
