The initial workers were great, zero criticisms, but my nurse practicioner did not give me a chance to speak, and didn't give me a chance to refuse a prescription for a drug that has not worked for me in the past. This has happened more than once, so I'm going to stop using this clinic.

I have had nothing but problems with this place since I was referred here. I was seeing a Dr. was never notified that She was no longer seeing me and that I had a new Dr. I found out when I went to get lab work done. They couldn't find my sept 6th appt. In their system, so they scheduled me for 10/16!!! Once I got home someone from this facility called to reschedule the sept 6th appointment they claimed was never scheduled 😒 A week after my blood work came back the New Dr. called me himself and advised me to call the front desk to schedule an appt. Sooner than the 16th of Oct. New appt was set for Sept 24th 3 hours before my appt. I was informed that I would need to reschedule. Set another appt for Sept 30th and got a called that I would need to reschedule yet again because they were triple booked 😤😡 I have been in a flare and in so much pain and now I can't be seen until October 15th this is crazy. I was trying to prevent an ER visit but at this point I have no other choice. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place!

This was the fastest and best doctor's appointment in my life. They tended to my exact needs, and were prompt and professional. Everything was clearly explained throughout the process, and I'm glad I chose this place to be seen! Thank you guys for your help and great service!

Was told to come here by my primary and that they were open till 8pm. Got here at 6:30 to be told the doctor has 4 patients ahead of me and won't put me on the list, to come back tomorrow. What's the point of being open till 8?

The girls up front were very busy but still nice and the Dr was friendly, very helpful and took the time to explain things. It was nice to be treated like a person and not a number.

Went in with chest pain & heart palpations. They refused to see me. Even though urgent care is where my Dr sent me. They told me immediately before even checking in that they wouldn't see me, that I had to go to the ER. I asked if they could at least check my vitals for me first, but they wouldn't. Who sends away someone who could be having a heart attack instead of checking if they need an ambulance to the ER, at the least?

The staff are a joke. I went in 45 minutes before close and the staff did everything they could not to check me in.
