I need to speak on the chemo therapy team . I went through my cancer journey at this hospital. And I pray God bless every single one of these people.vwty encouraging and dedicated. They are a family together and they embrace you to there best ability beyond profession. And they are very professional. And dedicated. . one love and one nation. .towards one another and patients . I can't describe the love and support I felt from them. So respectful. . the youngest. Team member. They respect to the eldest . It' was a awesome. Experience. Even my. Tough. Little lady cancer Dr. And the surgeon who cut the cancer out and save my breast with the least scar she could.

Very unprofessional service. Prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. I asked specifically for a physical prescription note and was told it would be sent over electronically and would be ready in 30 minutes. Waited for six hours only to be told by the pharmacy nothing had happened ever been sent. When I called to inquiry about the prescription I was told someone would call me back the next day which is completely unacceptable. After which I was told a message had been sent to the provider and that I needed to wait for the pharmacy to contact me. Again I waited 30 minutes and the pharmacy again said nothing had been sent. I tried calling back multiple times but the phone was forwarded even though they were still supposed to be open. Absolute worst impression as a first time patient. And would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Really bad place where all they want is your money.
I went to see a doctor for a bad abscess I had like 2 years ago and she did not do anything but just look at me, didn't try to exam it. She did not know what it was just told the nurse to give me 2 shots of antibiotics $260 for it and then told me to go to the emergency room right away. It suppose to be a free or low cost clinic.
They try to charge you for every single thing. $10 for this, $15 for this, etc. I came later on for a stomach pain, same doctor just look at me and talk to me, made a silly drawing and told me she guess it may be this or that, but did not even feel my stomach at all or something. She tried to charge me for every single test, which I paid for but did not even figure out what the problem was, she said:"it may be this". Really? She did not even grab the damn stethoscope. She just looked and talked.
Then the eye clinic: I went to the specialist to get my wife's and mine prescription. I ordered her two pair of glasses there (almost $500). They will be ready in 2 weeks that is what they said. 3 weeks later the glasses had not arrived yet. We called them every other day.
Finally a month after they were not there, they keep transfering me to someone else but no one knows where the glasses were. Then one person said they did not put the order yet, what?! Almost 6 weeks, you already charged me the same day I ordered them and paid for them and no one put the order in? And 6 weeks later you are just realizing the order was not place?!!! What a freaking joke!!
Later on they tried to give me a free pair or glasses so I won't call the executive office? Come on!
Now the dentist: first at all they charge you every visit for an "administration fee". $20, really? For typing my name in the system? Or for swiping my Credit Card. I can do that.
They asked my wife to make an appointment, 9:30 am. Why do we have to make an appointment at 9:30 if they will end seeing you until 10 am?
No one in the reception says anything or apologize for the delay. They are there calling people on the phone trying to make them come the same day at 10 or 10:30. Really?
What about taking care of the ones are waiting first?
What is the meaning to make an appointment if you are not going to respect people's time and schedule?
It is just unprofessional and rude.
No matter if my insurance pays or I pay out of my pocket. They have the nerve to charge me to fill up a sensitive tooth and they said it already has a discount, really? That comes out of my pocket because my insurance won't cover unless it was a rotten tooth. So, you want me to don't take care of my teeth so you can fix it? Really?
Again, it does not make sense.
The receptionist are rude and careless. As soon as I told them I was paying, then they went really quick to grab my CC.
Why do you charge me $20 for administration fee if no one even is polite at reception nor apologize for any inconvenience for my time wasted.
10:25 am, 55 minutes later than my wife's appointment they have not work on my wife's tooth she comes out and tell me she has to pay first.
What? Really?
The appointment was at 9:30 people, what in the world We have to wait almost an hour or more to get the service we are paying for.
You made us waste our time and still charge us for it. You guys need to get someone else in charge because apparently no one is doing their job at all! The administration office or whoever runs this place needs to go there and be sure things are done professionally and good.

Appointment is at 8 am it is now 8:10 and i call and they say they are waiting for a cleaner... why does the sign say 8 am and you give appointments at that time of yall aint even open yet. I call the front desk and the girls are so rude. Have your coffee and wake up.

Worst place ever. There not helpful 3 hours waiting. Prescription took 2 hours to fax. Walmart had to call them to get prescription fax again. you get what you pay for its a low income place....... worst dentist ever...

They wouldn’t let me come in for no reason. Had to wait outside when they told me to ask the guy in front to let me in to handle my business.
