Good service but they do move a little slow for not having a lot of people

This morning I had an appointment for 10am. Around 9am I called to confirm my appointment and why I was coming in. Reached the building and checked in at 10:06am. At 12pm they called me up to tell me that they ran out of the vaccine I came to get for my son. I asked them when they ran out and they told me “early this morning”. I have been sitting in this office for TWO HOURS before they even bothered to check on anything concerning me and my appointment. They could have called me to tell me that they ran out so I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming in, or they could have told me when I first arrived. Then they tried to turn it on me, saying that I never said why I was there or what my appointment was for when I checked in. I was under the impression that they are the ones getting paid to do their job, so why didn’t they ask why I was there? Is that not part of the check in? I’m just supposed to state why I’m there when your system made the appointment for
me. This is not the first time I’ve had horrible service from this place. My advise is just because it’s free doesn’t mean they care or are willing to help you. In the future I will be paying money to get my child seen, much more worth it than people who don’t care about you. I also made an in-person complaint with a woman I believe her name was Lori, I wouldn’t know because she never introduced herself nor did she take my information but reassured me she would help me. If you don’t even know my name how could you help. She just pointed me to a QR code to complain to. Whole place is full of people who don’t care. I will not be returning and I will actively detour people from getting serviced here.

Refused to service me when I arrived close to 4pm even though the building had hours stated on their door that they are open until 5pm and paperwork stating they work until 4:30pm employee gave me excuses they need to go home no one can stay behind and help…

First impressions count on any visit to any office, and the Hispanic guard lady on vital records was lovely , she greeted me with a smile and was super helpful, courteous and professional, made the rest of the visit smooth from there on with the positive attitude. God bless you all!

Best doctor in town! Dr. Christopher Edouard. Absolutely lovely, dedicated to his patients and extremely professional. I'm very proud of being his patient. He takes care of every detail. It's so comfortable count on him. The staff in general is really good, nurses are nice and very professionals as well. Elizabeth, the lady from the front, is always taking care of everybody with a wonderful smile. I'm thankful for you guys. Nice job!.

Dr. Chris Edouard is the best doctor in Miami hands down. New patient went in today for the first time since I got recommended & I will be his patient forever He is very caring for his patients treats too well & explains everything very throughly he is very patient. I recommended Dr. Edouard 100% the facility & the staff is very nice as well everyone treats you well. Thank you ❤️
