I had an excellent experience when they were over on Bayou. They answered phones, they were efficient at check in and staff was kind.
Now that they’ve moved, I can’t reach anybody to make an appointment and I’ve called every day for ten days. I’ve left voice mails as well.
Guess this is to be expected for community health. I miss having excellent insurance, you actually get treated like a human being.

Update: Clinic called me back but I didn’t know it. Called them and scheduled my appt (had to book almost 60 days out) and they were kind and professional when I visited.

They never answer the phones. Always sent to voicemail. Never got a call back about my test results. Had to call everyday for 2 weeks to get a hold of somebody at one point.

The lab work was fast and the nurses were very nice, I didn't have to wait an hour. I have to wait and hour to get seen everywhere else. I called to reschedule an appointment for Lena Dunn and was told she was booked, I called again and was actually told she was open for appointments which was surprising. I came for my appointment and had to wait an hour my appointment was at 10:20 didn't get seen until 11:41. Besides the lady at the front desk and Lena Dunn, the nurse that took me to the room was very moody, and wasn't nice at all. Overall this place needs some nicer people and needs to not let people wait for an hour. Lena Dunn and the nurse with her Jayda were very nice and understanding.

I’m a first time mom, 7 months. I chose to come here and had an okay 1st experience. Been here a few times since. Since my lab work I haven’t been able to reach them. They’ve hung up on my calls.👎🏼 The other two times I had to go there myself to check when my blood work would come in since they don’t answer the phone, I did speak to one person upfront who did try to help but when I get transferred it goes to voicemail and no one returns your call👎🏼 (I was told to come back three times to get my blood work done). 👎🏼 and I’ve been super patient on checking on the lab work but no response. I never write reviews but this one is necessary.

Service was good until when I got my results. I couldn’t get in contact with them for my medication in a month. They also told me they get back with patients within 24-48 hours which is a lie I been calling since October and they still haven’t set me up a follow up or sent my prescription over

I have called multiple times to get another appointment when I was told it would be a few days and now it is over a month. This place is ridiculous, when I even went in for my appointment I was early like it said and I had to sit in the waiting room over an hour just to be seen for two seconds. Before they moved here this place was great, but now it is horrible
