I have been going to this clinic and using their pharmacy for about 3 years. The Dental clinic is hit or miss. May take 3 months to get in, may take 6. But otherwise the services are excellent. The medical clinic is great. Dr. Frier is fantastic. So glad he is here. The pharmacy is busy but top notch and 100 times better than any pharmacy I have ever used. I am fixed low income so this place is a life saver for me as I have miltiple ongoing medical issues. I appreciate all they have done and continue to do for me.

This is the best place in the world. The lady Jessica that works in the lab and the lady that is at the desk when you first walk in to check in are both amazing. I’m 38 female this is embarrassing to me. I’ve always been a fainter during labs. Never have I not fainted.But not today I did not faint this time. I did great. The lady at the front desk has always helped me, every time and Jessica is amazing during drawing. 5 stars there the best love this place

I've been coming here for several years now, and even with the changing of doctors, I have had nothing but pleasurable experience. Dr. Olmstead, Dr. Holland, Dr, Woodall, and now Dr. Freier. Support staff are amazing. Susan has always been so friendly and has gone above and beyond for my family. I am always welcomed and never have I once felt rushed or disregarded with any concerns. Dr. Freier was super nice and friendly and personable. He made my daughter and I feel comfortable since it was our first time with him. We are grateful for the qualify care of the staff. Receptionist are also friendly for the family care office here. Thank you very much!

Dr. Richard Freier is the nicest Doctor I have ever met in my entire life. He is patient and kind. Has a great sense of humor. He took the time he needed with me. I told him it wasn't necessary but he even removed my ear wax. If you are new to town and need a Doctor , I highly recommend this place. All the staff were extreme nice as well!!! Ms.Kimberly N. And Erica A was so sweet to me when I came to get blood drawn. Their smiles made me feel healthier!!!

I had an appt set for today at 8:40 am, I got an automated call 20 min before my appt to say it was cancelled, is this how we are being done now? I was told the doctor has been out sick all week and probably for another week after. These people never answer the phone and they are rude and inconsiderate, they told me to go to the walk in clinic in Pensacola. My appt was for new patient, I have 3 types of cancer, what the hell is wrong with you people, this location should be shut down, they are complacent, inconsiderate, and lazy. A clinic like this should not be operating if they are going to keep sending people to Pensacola, get a grip and do your jobs!!!

I understand that they were hacked, but it's been almost two months since I got my test order and referrals. Two months and I still haven't been contacted by the referral specialist or whomever for the test I have to have done and the referrals to the specialists I'm supposed to see. It already takes months to see a specialist. Every day that goes by just pushes those specialists further and further away. Fingers crossed I don't die in the meantime.

I highly recommend for gynecology Tara Woodall !! She was absolutely amazing, She is very vibrant and laid back, Makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, because let’s face it no one looks forward to a gyno appt, but I now do because of the amount of patience and kindness she has, She really cares about her patient and is exudes from her:) She is very thorough in testing to be sure she gets everything you need in one wack! And she talks to you throughout to make sure you’re okay and you’re both on the same page, and she really just treats you like a Sister. I can’t say enough great things about her, Please never take her away or I’m following her where she goes!! 🙂
Ps: I got a same week appointment as a new patient to her and got immediate relief and prompt care in a timely manner… I didn’t wait 10 minutes and 5 minutes later she was in my room!! Thank you Tara you are Amazing in case no one has told you today 🙂

African American lady at front desk is very rude. I looked at other reviews and have noticed that I am not the only person that has had a bad experience with her.
