Wow, where do I begin. I made an appointment two months prior for my son to have a dental exam bc they were unable to get him in earlier. I get a call from the automated system and it says to press so and so # to confirm, I press it I confirm. I get another call a-couple minutes later, same thing. I confirm again. A few minutes later, same thing. A few minutes later. Same thing AGAIN. At this point I just don’t answer. Finally, the appointment comes along. We arrive several minutes early. I am in the parking lot and I try to check in with the automated system. It tells me it’s unable to check me in. So, I walk in and make sure everything’s okay (15 minutes early) and go to check in. I am told that my appointment for my son was canceled, they “attempted” to reach out and call but there was no response on my end. She repeated my phone number back to me and it was the correct number. I look to check my voicemails, nothing. So then she goes to tell me the reason she was canceling is because the dentist is no longer working on Thursday’s so she could give me an appointment tomorrow. I hesitate and ask if she could give me a moment as I JUST missed work to be here this day… so I needed to make sure I was able to AGAIN miss the time from work the next day. Eventually, I tell her yes I’ll come in. The entire time the lady is just really nonchalant like she gives no cares in the world that my was wasted. I shrug it off. Whatever. We come in the next day, and there is the same lady I talked to previously, not much of a smile, she checks us in. We sit down in the waiting room, I overhear her making calls to others confirming their upcoming appointments. She has them on speaker (or what sounded like it, it was loud enough for anyone to hear) which not sure if this is just the way their phone works or what the case but I could hear the patient she was calling on the other end loud and clear. One of the patients asked a question about her child’s insurance. The front desk lady after getting off call says as loud as ever “lady, stop talking, like get off the phone damn, you talk too much” w everyone in the waiting room. Everyone heard her. I’m sure. She calls someone else, same thing (makes rude remarks about person on mute) Just super unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Overall, I think they really need help in the organization area, and please get a new front desk lady. She is really rude and probably needs to find a different work place if she is that unhappy.

I called to let them know that I was running five minutes late for my scheduled appointment. (My dog had escaped right as I was leaving for my appointment.) I apologized and explained that I was two miles away from them. Previously I had been told that if I was ever running late that they provide a 10 minute "grace period" for people running late. Meaning if you were over 10 minutes they would require you to reschedule. My appointment was at 3:20 and as I was speaking to the receptionist the time was 3:22. According to the website, the clinic closes at 4:30. The employee told me I would have to reschedule?!? She never put me on hold just said the provider was done for the day? Why does it say they close at 4:30, but they stop taking patients at 3:30? I took the day off work to ensure I could make it to my appointment 😪 now I have to wait 3 more weeks to see my Dr.

I have been a patient of Dr. Salib, previously OMG I definitely miss her...she was the most caring and passion doctor. the care I have been receiving in the new office with the exception of the front desk and one other person....which is a nurse who works with a different provider.....the other two nurses. Rebecca and the the Afro-American nurse I have received unprofessional, uncaring, unsympathetic, and no passion for the life choices they have made to be called nurses, which I also am in the field of being a nurse for over 25 yrs. I feel very disrespected, a bother to them, and they show complete rudeness at all times, I have also over time have brought 2 members of my family into this practice and when I'm there with them I'm told that you can not come back with the patience to assist with there health care....I didnt understand them saying that since it policy that you can bring 1 person to your appointment. The family members definitely needed me back there, they needed help explaining what they needed for there care and wanted me to assist them....we as a family DO NOT feel like at this time this facilityhas our best interest for our health care.....this is so sad....because we at this point we don't have the confidence to believe that they actually care about us or our health concerns. Because of my feelings I have spoken to Dr. Busby about some of these situations... It actually got WORSE!!!!
I have multiple doctors and multiple health concerns, I can not entrust my care to none caring, unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful Healthcare members. When I arrive in the building I feel a atmosphere of angry and hostile people...like I said except the two other people Mrs. Mary and Megan. Since they have been in this location I have brought the crew on 2 differnt occasions donuts from Maynard's ...I understand bad days this is bad months...the sad thing is that I don't know why we are treated like this....if there is something we said, did, or implied we sincerely APOLOGIZE.....but no one has ever said why we are treated this way....please help to understand,

As of today 12/29/2023 still no response, SO SAD!!

Their staff went above and beyond to personalize my care and assist me with my needs. They were professional, kind and patient every step of the way. The facility appeared clean, it was easy to find, and a prompt appointment was available when I called. Everyone was great through my scheduling, check in, vitals, and sit down with my practitioner. Thank you especially to Mary, Megan, and Deserae (so sorry for any misspelled names)!

This is an awesome clinic and it is a shame and a huge misjustice to the community to shut it down. People tha tive in the North end of the county deserve better than this.It is a burden to people to have to travel to Milton or Jackson St to see aDr. This office is well equiped . sHAME ON whoever made this decision.

Community Health NW Fla aquired what use to be Cantonment Medical Center but after several years of aquiring them, they are now shutting the DOORS April 1st. Now we are being asked to go to Milton.Well, NO! Families have been coming to Cantonment Medical Center for EONS. What a diservice to our community you ended up being by taking our healthcare providers away. You bought that building...keep the doors for healthcare OPEN. We love our doctors and nurses here in Cantonment, the "higher up management" at Comm Healthcare.(not the doctors and nurses)..the THEY can GO!

Doctors are good, but scheduling is poor. the attitude of the secretaries could be improved. I don’t think it’s appropriate for a secretary to catch an attitude just because you ask a question when you don’t understand a scenario.

My nephew has been seen here for years. Since he was a newborn. The staff are always nice and professional. Ms.Stephanie is so sweet. Treat the babies as her own. We love Stephanie & will continue to see her in the future.
