I was hoping to just post on pamela Trottiers page but i don't see the option. She was great until she wasn’t, she told me devastating medical news then didn't send the order to the pulmonologist until 8 weeks after appointment, she screwed up the order and i kept calling to ask when ill be able to reach them and the chc kept pushing me off saying i need to wait 4-6 weeks, when in reality she didnt send the order. So i finally have an appointment in january but thats 5 months past her telling me my CT scan shows COPD in my 20s, and with the constant pain I have it might be worse. These mess ups delay people getting the help they need. The only doctor i speak well of at chc is kyle Cohen, as he listens and does his job, he’s at the walk in clinic or else i would try to go to him. I’m very disappointed in Pamela, I don’t know how she has great reviews but I’m glad she’s leaving this location.

I am extremely happy having Dr. Trottier as my new primary physician. I feel like she takes the extra time with my appointments rather than rushing through them. I definitely feel more comfortable having her as my physician opposed to my previous one. She’s great.

I see NP Pamela Trottier as my primary care provider, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and genuinely interested in helping her patients. Even though Pamela is not an MD, her years of experience and knowledge make her just as qualified. I feel very comfortable with her overseeing my health, and I appreciate how she listens and ensures that all my concerns are addressed. I highly recommend Pamela to anyone looking for a healthcare provider who is truly dedicated to their well-being. She is truly a gem!

Pamela trotter is my primary care physician. She really cares about her patients deeply. She's very thorough in her care plan for her patients. She's a very kind lady. And she has helped me so much. Also I am on a weight loss plan. And in a month I lost 7 lb. I couldn't have done it without the help of Pamela. Thank you so much CHC. And thank you Pamela

I felt so relieved after I left my visit. I feel like she heard and listened to my concerns, and we spoke about each concern individually. Although it was a short visit (probably was the last patient for the day) I feel like we covered almost everything, and what we didn’t can’t be addressed till get labs, and such. Overall I was very please with my visit.

This doctor is the worst doctor I've ever seen! I will NOT see him EVER again! He didn't NOT listen, had his own agenda coming into the appointment, used non-Medicare covered codes for orders (as well as incorrect imaging orders that did not mesh with my medical history), omitted others orders per my expressed concerns, etc. He's a doctor that would rather throw unrequested meds at an issue rather than find out what the problem is; he has no tolerance for hesitation to taking medications with significant side effects for potential alternatives (and in fact demeans and speaks down to you for even QUESTIONING such ".. so you're refusing proven ..."!?). He referred me to a dermatologist with the worst reviews ever (ALL one star across the board, with comments like as "scarred for life", "arrogant", "too busy so having intern handle appointment", etc).

If you want incompetent - this doc your guy!

The experiences I've had with P.A.'s in the past have never been favorable.

However, I've never met a kinder, sweet P.A. than Pam

She listened to everything I said and responded very professionally...Something I've never experienced with a P.A. before.

She's very easy to love.

I'm so impressed with her that I would be comfortable having her as my primary medical provider.

5 stars, absolutely.
