Whole office staff was friendly and helpful! Tiana and PA Laskowicz had wonderful bedside manner and made the whole process easy and as enjoyable as a doctors visit can be. I appreciated the nonjudgmental environment that they create and the helpful resources they provided for other health offices

Natalie was wonderful. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to our needs. The wait time was very minimal and getting an appointment for the next day was a live saver. Great staff all around.

Had my appointment today with Dr Natalie Laskowicz. What a wonderful experience with a knowledgeable Dr whom takes time and answers any questions etc. The other staff was amazing as well and the nurse who checked me in I believe was Rebekah was awesome!!! Thank you all for such a great experience and making going to a Dr not stressful and dreadful.

Great work on my back it feels like a lot of pressure relief. Only reason not 5? rating is because he knows what he’s doing, but not the most thorough because your in and out within 5 minutes. I like to talk about what hurts and find out why, so it’ can be a longer result.

I needed to find a new primary doctor and kept putting it off. I had a medical emergency which forced me to get one. I want, like most people, to find a doctor who cares about me, as a person and a patient. I would not recommend going to this doctor, if that is what you're looking for. Now I understand why people who have "medical" or what some would call "welfare type" insurance hate going to CHC's. I also thought, when establishing primary care that the doctor might want to get to know me by maybe sitting down and having a conversation. Granted, I was very emotional when I went in there, due to my recent medical emergency and the steroids I've been prescribed, as a result. The doctor didn't seem to care, showed no signs of compassion, and never asked me any questions. It was the shortest, most uncomfortable experience I've ever had as a 1st visit. They don't make them like they use to. I'll be looking for a new primary.

I love this team of kind, knowledgeable, and energetic women! Also, I found out I had breast cancer in a letter from the radiologist. I don’t use the portal and it would’ve been nice to get a phone call. The MA did not seem aware of the cancer diagnosis as a discussion point and they did not have results of a second sleep study 2 weeks ago. My conclusion is that this office needs more staff and or more time for behind the scenes tasks
