Had to follow-up after being hospitalized. Doctor couldn't care less about me as a patient. I say that bc of the following reasons: had to tell my PCP 4 times my medication milligrams and dose amount needed to be refilled (I was sent home from hospital with 1 week supply) the paperwork I was given when I left had ALL incorrect info about my current medication, and most importantly my PCP told me she would send the order for a 30day supply of my medication to my pharmacy, well that was a Thursday and today is Monday and STILL NO PRESCRIPTION REFILL! I have to take my medication 3x daily everyday! I have been calling and get transferred to a line that rings and rings. This is unprofessional, inhumane behavior. I could get very sick without my medication but Noone at this Community Health Center cares. Go somewhere else if you need to see a doctor.

This center is amazing, the Dr is wonderful but her entire office staff is also great. I drive past 3 other centers just to come to this location because I know I will receive the best care every time here. 🙂

I am very impressed with this Community Health Center. Everyone was more than helpful. I was very skeptical about community health centers not knowing what they were all about. This one definitely has changed my mind. Thank you all so much for attending to my needs!!

Note; this is not current visit. This visit gets 5 stars. Comments from May visit

Only isssue I have is no way to contact office except thru phone bank. This can be 30 min wait on phone many times. This was FU to ER care. My husband got in next day to hid Dr. With the office calling him same day to see how he was doing. I could not get in even as an emergency for 2 weeks so I had to go to different branch and that took 6 days.

I love the office in Clermont. The office is clean and small, evening appointments are available, and the provider is efficient and knowledgeable. It's worth the one hour drive.

Dr arrington is a very nice lady & I hope she stays with the Clermont office for a long time & the blood pressure cuff they use squeezes too tight I almost cried from the pain on my upper arm so I'd prefer the lower part of my arm from now on

They all were polite attentive they listened. Even though I had to drive a little out of my way I had a great experience and would continue the drive to have excellent service they provide. Thank you all and I'll see you for my next appointment

I can't even get through to make an appointment. Not a very good first impression. Their call back feature doesn't work. I tried that yesterday and I never received a call back. I ended up going to an urgent care center who told me to see a PCP anyway. So I tried to call again today to make an appointment. Currently on hold while I write this review. I've been waiting over 30 minutes now. How on earth does anyone get healthcare around here?
