Jody and Mary did a fabulous job helping my 95 year old Mom restore her hearing. Mom had some fierce ear wax that shut down both of her ears, despite wearing hearing aids. They spent 2+ hours clearing both ear canals and brought back her ability to hear voices. They were kind, gentle, and managed to bring Mom's sense of humor to come out despite the uncomfortable situation she was in. Jody and Mary are the BEST!

I would recommend Community FirstCare as a great provider. They were very busy and understaffed. They did their best to deal with the situation and get everyone cared for as quickly as possible. Dr Scott was very attentive and compassionate to my needs. His nurse (sorry I don't remember her name) was apologetic for our wait and was nice and she was cheery even with being undated with lots of patients. There is a 2nd Community FirstCare at a different location and it was closed due to no providers. So the Community FirstCare on Reserve Street handled everyone coming from that location with patience, professionalism, and kindness.

Front desk receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. It's never fun going to a urgent care on a weekend especially on Mother's day. Luckily, I was able to get seen fairly quickly and received the care I needed!!! Thank you!!

Friendly, professional, and efficient! They got me in and out in an hour on a Saturday morning. It’s always awkward going to a new provider in a pinch, but these folks know how to do it right. I also appreciated how it’s connected to Community Medical Center, so they had all my records on file. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely recommend. My daughter woke up with a bad allergic reaction on a Sunday morning, and they got her right in, evaluated, and gave her shots to immediately improve her symptoms. The staff helped keep everyone calm and alleviate any fears, and answered all questions as well as sending us off with prescriptions and instructions.

Took my kid here with an ear infection. Care was quick and they got him meds that fixed the problem. I tried to pay my copay and the receptionist said there wasn't one. 2 months later I get a 20 dollar bill in the mail, no biggie. I've called them 4 times now. It tells you to press 3 for billing. I press 3 and it says "one of our associates will call you back shortly, if necessary" then hangs up. Now they sent me a final notice for this 20 bucks and I have tried SIX TIMES to call and pay it. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't be back! On the other side, costcare is a great alternative without this crap.

Seemed friendly at the beginning. The we met "dr" Scott. Completely dismissed my husband and said he just had a cold (fever for 5 days is not a cold). Sent us home with cough syrup and an inhaler. Very frustrating.

Yesterday was my first time seeing a doctor since I got to the US, and I had a great experience. The environment was clean, front desk personnel (can’t remember his name) made the check-in easy. Nurse Erika was kind, approchable and made me feel comfortable during the initial screening. Dr. Lucas listened to all my concerns, asked thorough questions about my condition and explained everything clearly so I could fully understand. She made me feel truly heard, something I think is important and rare in a doctor.
Thank you Community First Care ❤️

A great walk-in clinic for me. My workplace requires doctors notes to return to work after calling in sick so I appreciate the great service and easy walk-in process here. The staff has treated me very well.

First Care helped me gain insight and a care plan for two misaligned vertebrae. I may need surgery but am more accepting of that now. The doctor, like my own father, is the children of immigrants, an experience with which I identify profoundly.
