I see Jan frequently for myself and my kids. She always recognizes me when I come in and remembers previous health issues that I’ve had. This means a lot knowing she sees a lot of patients and for her to go above and beyond like that makes me feel like I’m in extremely good hands. She is amazing.

Horrible experience. Had an appointment for COVID and flu vaccine, filled out all forms online, when we arrived (15 min early) had to fill forms again which took the worker 20 minutes to get ready, and then had to wait another 65 minutes to receive our vaccines. We asked the workers who, were nice, when we would be seen and why other patients who had later appointments were being seen before us and the only response was "we are busy". This was not an issue of being busy, but an issue with either a broken system or broken processes. We will not be back!
