Community Bridges is such a wonderful place giving people hope, positive outlook, and a new chapter in life... The staff are EXCELLENT, Professional and Caring. They assist you with follow up appointments and explain things in a calm manner.
Ms. Edyth the Psychiatrist is such a Beautiful, Knowledgeable Professional , Caring person. She treats people with respect, like human beings, and listens. She really guides people to help with good decisions.
Thank God for Community Bridges.

I wouldn't say I LOVE this place, but out of the many doctors offices ive been in, this one is on the better end. I love my doctors, and ad long as your on time, which means a MINIMUM of 15 minutes early, you won't have issues. Unless you need to reach them by phone. Then you will be on hold for 20ish minutes. The staff is great, but I recommend not making friends in the lobby, for your own best interests.

I will have to agree on the staff being unprofessional although they are nice. Loud throughout the whole night NOT the patients which would be understandable but it was the staff (already hard to sleep). Seems to be very underfunded. Will not let you go to the outside area and nothing but a small TV with a handful of movies and maybe a few books and used arts and crafts. They need to do better. Pretty cruel conditions imo. Not a single on hand psychiatrist only tele-health with terrible conferencing equipment. I agree you get what you put into it but there's not much to begin with. I couldn't imagine being there for more than 2 nights. Also, staff was not great at handling more "active" patients. Seems to be giving out meds without proper evaluation at least in my case.

This place gets less than a whole star. I was only there for 24 hours when the very unprofessional staff discharged me. Their reason for discharging me was petty, as well as unjustified. They failed to offer any consideration to the fact that it’s 120 degrees outside or that I travelled 200 miles away from home. I was under the impression that we , the clients were allotted 3 smoke breaks. One after breakfast, lunch and dinner. So tell me why after lunch they pulled me aside and said that I will not be enjoying my lunch cigarette because I had a Telemedicine appointment with a doctor. So my first question was why couldn’t it wait for me to finish my smoke. Or why couldn’t I have my smoke after I met with him. Both of those options were not feasible. So after debating for 20 minutes he finally says to go smoke while he sees if higher management will reschedule either the Telemedicine appointment or my cigarette break for just this one time he said, verbatim.

I went outside to smoke and came back in after 6 minutes max and they said I was being discharged. I’m still in awe that the trained and vetted staff thought that someone in as fragile of circumstances as I deserved less than human decency.I went there looking for help and trusting my care to this staff that not 24 hours later this is how they justified my demise.

I would never recommended this place and the staff are so unprofessional also you have very difficult time getting in touch with anyone by phone,my Son went here for couple days thank goodness he got discharged, never recommended

I would like to thank the staff at CBI for all their time and effort they put into their clients. The staff on duty, no matter what shift are supportive and professional, toward each and every individual. My experience at CBI has helped me establish a good foundation for my personal recovery, and for this me and my family are very grateful. Thank you all at CBI for all you have done for me.
