Dr Castro is an excellent doctor
However the reception area is very poor customer service Teneshia
Was the most rude person I have ever had to deal with
She was so rude refuse to call me by my name she kept referring to the staff as“She”as apposed to my name
She left me standing at the window saying I am going to lunch and bluntly close the door and left me standing there .
In that moment Carmen called me on my phone and asked how can she assist as this was a referral issue gone bad . I explained she understood and said she would fix it and she did .I give Dr Castro 5 star but the office staff a 1star Also thank you Carmen 5 star

I will once again reiterate that the Doctors are great and have absolutely no complaints about them.

I did speak to the new office manager about the situation and there have been some radical changes to the staff.

So far it seems to have been for the better.

Things are falling into place and back under control.

My previous concerns have all been addressed and for that I have changed my rating of the office from 3 to 5.

Where to begin.. Hands down the Doctors there are great but, the staff is horrendous. Hold times are over 12 to 15 min when calling and if you ask to speak to a doctor or perhaps a callback the answer is a flat NO! I advised I had a medical episode and needed to advise my primary and the staff said “well you have an appointment next week” I asked if he could call me to advise what steps I need to take and it went nowhere. This went south after it became Common Health. While it was a private practice it was fantastic!! End result I’m looking for new primary.

Do not go there! They will just cancel appointments without calling! Don’t waste your time! The doctor is good but the office staff are very unprofessional. The office manager is no better. No communication from the office until the appointment is cancelled.

This by far has been such an amazing experience with Dr. Manuel Castro. As a new patient they were able to get me in and Dr was very thorough with all my concerns. I highly recommend. Love the staff

Update: Common Health called me and explained that they are not required to hold on to the records if they are not taking over the practice. They also went above and beyond to help me get in touch with the party that has the notes from Dr. Linzer.

I am so heartbroken over how Common Health handled the medical records of the patients from my husband's doctor's practice they took over. They destroyed all the records without sending a letter or contacting the patients. This is proof that those in the medical field do not care about patients' health or welfare. They just care about the money they will be making!
