My doctor is Dr. Julian McQuirter. He’s an amazing doctor. He has great bedside manners, very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. When something going on with me he listens and he always guides me in the right direction. I’m so grateful to find a doctor like him to provide me with excellent care. His medical assistant is Ashley She’s excellent. She always provides excellent customer service. She helped me a lot. Thank you to Dr. McQuirter and Ashley for everything you guys did for me. Thank you also to the front office team, you guys do a good job.

I really like this facility. The staff is very personable, beyond efficient and handled my reoccurring insurance issue with great tact and professionalism. Donna shocked me Friday contacting me after hours to insure me that my insurance/referral matter would be attended to after the specialist’s office stated they hadn’t received it. The next week, they stated they hadn’t indeed, on February 13, an oversight on their end. However, the new insurance company needed to replace the previous one. Contacted Donna again and within the 5 minutes she stated it would be…it was in the physician’s office. Richard (front/reception) couldn’t be more on point. Exhibiting the kindness, attention to detail, taking on tasks as if they were his own and white glove service care that seems to be all but lost since the 90’s. Yes, there can be bit of a wait at times, perhaps due them being in high demand. Dr Anita Laloo is a gem. Thorough in her initial assessment and extremely knowledgeable. I am thoroughly pleased and impressed as a person who has been in and out of hospitals and clinical care for 22 years. Corlett G

Me and my family and even friends have been coming to now common health for many years!! Over 18 plus years.things have changed the office looks much better and more space for the people. What can I say change is always great ! The only thing I have a problem with is I went there maybe about a week or so ago with a friend for a follow up appointment and had to wait for a ekg for a long period of time because the doctor could not find his nurse! What a bummer comes to find out they ran out the back door and ended up coming in through the front as I'm waiting for my fellow good friend to finish up with the appointment .i guess what I'm saying is that is just unacceptable! But over all common health has nothing to do with any changes they just purchased the big mess left behind unfortunately! The one lady is always screaming at her staff like a mad woman ! The other woman answers the phone like she is always upset and talks down on others! The personal conversation you hear these lady's talk about in the rooms and gossip I hear while just trying to keep an appointment ! They seem angry at all times! Not everyone in the office is that way but most of the nurses are rude and talk about the people they work with. Why is it so hard to just be kind to others !

First and foremost I would like to say that this review doesn’t reflect how I feel about in my opinion the best doctor that a patient can ever have and that is Dr JULIAN MCQUIRTER and his wonderful staff. I have been coming to this office for over 20 years when it was stilled called Preste Medical Center and with Donna Golden leading the charge things were great. Let me just give you a little background on my situation. When I first started coming there I was a very sick patient with lots of problems because of my lupus and I was just about out of options and literally on deaths door. But with the help of Donna who helped me with numerous things including obtaining a better health plan that was fit for my situation and Dr Mcquirter providing that critical knowledge and setting me up with the best doctors got me through some rough times. I was always able to call him when in immediate need and that was the best feeling in the world. Boy how times have changed now when I come there for my appointments it’s just stress and aggravation. All of these new changes have been a nightmare. You have a office manager Cintya Flores who is not patient friendly and very defensive with every question or concern you have. When questioned she has an answer or excuse on why things are such a mess now like example overbooking and established patients not being able to book an appointment for months out but they are continuing to book new patients. To me she has a sense of entitlement and really doesn’t know what she is doing. I say less time on the phone not discussing personal business and more time greeting and getting to know the patients that have been coming here for over a decade. I am very upset and disappointed that a wonderful practice is being run down in the ground. I am so afraid that one day I will come there for my appointment and the person that saved my life will be gone. To Dr McQuirter thank you for listening for guidance for inspiration encouragement and being here but most importantly being a part of my journey.

I been searching for a new primary since Is the new year and with insurance changes it can be difficult. I called to book a new patient appointment and the female that answered the call was very rude to me. She didn't even give me a chance to talk she was just so nasty! And she was rude she sounded very unprofessional and very very ghetto. She kept saying I ALREADY TOLD YOU!!!So I said oh the heck with it. Thankfully I found a primary 😊 do yourselves a favor and save yourself it all starts with a phone call I can already tell this office is going to be a problem! HR needs to be more on top of the people that work for them ! And have them answer the phone correctly and at least show some compassion! This place must be draining ! All fun and games very sad that with my health conditions I honestly have no time for people like the lady that answered the phone! Who would let any one work for them with that tone yet alone being so ghetto speaking !

I've been a patient at preste medical/Common health for a while now. Keya has been amazing with drawing my blood. Ashley and Heather have been outstanding with my every need.These ladies are phenomenal at what they do. They really care about the patients. Thank you Keya, Ashley And Heather. The new girl who draws blood was a wonderful person, very friendly, smiling, Very, very friendly I would recommend anybody who's going to get blood drawn to go to the new girl
