I'm writing this review because I couldn't find anything on this place before my C&P exam. I got there a couple minutes late, but the staff was friendly and greeted me and my wife when we walked through the door. They took my vitals, and did my x-rays. The examiner was straightforward and friendly. Asked the questions that she felt needed to be asked. All in all I felt it was smooth exam regardless of the outcome from the VA, and I won't dread going back there in the future if the need arises. I hope this helps another veteran looking for some information.

I have had two C&P exams for my VA benefits at this location, and both times I was fortunate enough to have Mrs. P.A. Maleen as my examiner. I would also like to share my thoughts on the other employees at this facility.

First and foremost, P.A. Maleen is an exceptional professional. She is extremely thorough, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about engaging with the veterans she sees. P.A. Maleen is ethical and honest, which I greatly appreciate. Although my first C&P exam resulted in a denial from the VA, it was not due to any shortcomings on her part. Rather, it was a result of the VA rater's mishandling of the request. Despite this, I requested P.A. Maleen for my next three C&P exams because I have complete faith in her integrity and expertise.

Today, June 17, 2024, I completed my additional exams with her, and as expected, she was excellent. Although I do not know the outcome of these exams, I can say with confidence that she did her job thoroughly and professionally.

P.A. Maleen took the time to review additional documents I provided, which the VA might have overlooked. She answered my questions to the best of her ability without compromising her integrity. If I am denied again, I can assure you that it is not a reflection of her work.

Regarding the staff, I had X-rays of my back taken, and the young lady performing them was highly professional and understanding of my pain. She conducted the X-rays efficiently and thoroughly. The staff member who greeted me was also friendly and compassionate.

If anyone posts negative comments about this location, I can confidently say that they are not a result of the outstanding care and professionalism provided by P.A. Maleen and the two other staff members I encountered during my visits.

Medical staff may be decent but apparently opening on time is beyond the front desk. Then he gets pissed off when you call to ask why the door is still locked try to say it's stuck. If it's stuck to the point I put my body weight into pulling it open you need a new door.
