Three cheers for Beth, who was amazing. We chatted on the phone and by the time I came in, about half an hour later, she had already phoned a knowledgable person for advice. I needed something for my painful unsteady ankle and had already tried a few different braces and consulted 2 useless doctors. Beth fastened the recommended ankle stabilizer and I took my first pain free steps in weeks. Thank you so much Beth!
I went back and Beth was not there, just a disgusting guy who was rude and incompetent. I had to change from all stars down to zero. I won't ever go back.

So lucky to have a medical supply store in our area. Dad rented a scooter to try before we buy. Love it of course we bought it and Dad is out and about again. After attempts to get the right walkers off Amazon. This is where we ended up. Support your local stores.

I needed a nebulizer for my infant son. I called and spoke to a really nice man, who let me know they had a standard one as well as a kid’s one shaped like a puppy. The next morning, I went into the store and was helped by the same nice man who I had spoken to the day before. I asked if there was any difference between the standard and kid’s nebulizer and he took the time to look at each box with me, letting me know that the kid’s one came with a bunch of accessories/kid’s size mask. I really appreciated their kindness/warmness from the moment I walked in the door as well as all the help I received. I was in and out quickly and had everything I needed to take care of my baby boy. Would definitely come back if I needed more supplies! Thank you!

Needed a Nebulizer for my wife and called them spoke to the manager who was very helpful and friendly and let me know how the insurance vs pay out of pocket would work.

Upon arriving the gentleman behind the counter was also friendly and got me set up with what we needed fast and out the door after explaining how it worked and what pieces they had replacement for our future needs.

I was visiting from CT to help my 90 year old father after my mother was put into the hospital. After a horrible week my mother was fitted with a colostomy bag. In desperate need of supplies, I went into the store to inquire about a certain type of bag. Mark rushed me into buying these “one piece bags” and they were totally wrong. DO NOT patron this store! When I went into return the wrong merchandise, I didn’t even get through the door before Mark was telling me no returns accepted. They take advantage of people at very vulnerable times of their lives. Horrendous service, terrible customer relations, angry owner!

A family member of mine who is heavily medicated, on hospice and can not legally make big ticket purchases without his daughter consent ( as she has power of attorney over big ticket items ) bought a 1400.00 + motorized chairs from here. Chair has NEVER been used and in less than a week after purchase she asked for the item to be returned ( again a purchase that was made without consent and with a man heavily sedated on medication ) the gentleman who she spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional in handling such a sensitive situation with the family, he has refused to refund the chair and didn't have a care in the world that we have been complete loyal customers to him and his business. There are also no return conditions on receipt or on the place of business. We are very dissatisfied with the handling of the situation and will not be returning customers!

As for the business owner my recommendation is, if you have a no return policy please openly advertise this!
