ComForCare provided services to my husband for nine months, starting with PT help, eventually moving into live-in care. They had been recommended to me by care consultants after I had a very negative experience with another local agency that proved completely unreliable. I was told that ComFor Care was a family run business and that was a plus for the consultant.
I was immediately impressed by one of the owners, John, as he presented as exceedingly warm and genuine. We met and he explained their policies and pricing and I did not hesitate to sign on with them. That proved to be one of the best decisions I made in the long process of caring for my husband.
ComForCare unfailingly met our needs, reliably assigned competent caregivers and responded immediately if there was an issue with coverage. Their office staff is phenomenal, each and every person a responsive, caring, dedicated individual. One of the nurses even lent me a piece of equipment that my husband used!
Debbie, the other owner, was always available to iron out issues with caregivers on the few occasions those arose. She was a good arbiter and provided great support.
I highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking private care. One cannot go wrong with ComForCare.

I have some experience when hiring caregivers for three family members. The people and services provided by ComForCare are the most knowledgeable, professional and all around capable caregivers I have ever experienced. They are recommending procedures and equipment that help my recovery. Most of all, each is very careful to ensure that I do not move out of my bed without their help--to avoid further injury. Moreover, their capability in helping me up or down or to balance without the use of the injured leg is so reliable and reassuring. Moreover, the Nurse who made the arrangements for me was so helpful and thorough--with a lot of medical knowledge and made every effort to arrange for almost immediate caregiving. Her professional advice was valuable and she was very supportive at a difficult time after my injury.

Their RN developed a great care plan for my mother who suffers from dementia and followed through on it with the front-line caregivers. Very responsive to my texts. On one recent occasion, quickly arrived (within 15 minutes) with personnel and a vehicle to transport my mom from an appointment back to her facility. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend ComForCare enough. John and Debbie have gone out of their way to make sure that my mother is well-cared for, and I appreciate also their dedication to the caregivers in their employ. John and Debbie Kipps were fantastic to work with in providing in home care to my mother. They were accommodating to her special needs and environment. Additionally, the caregivers worked collaboratively with the in-home Physical Therapist to ensure my mother's physical well-being was maintained.
