Normally good service today not. Appointment made yesterday for 12 noon my had an appointment at 1pm figured I would be seen and out by 12:30 ample time to get to see her appointment. I left at 12:38 without seeing anyone.
Should have made the appointment at 10am so I could make my wife's 1 pm appointment. Lobby wasn't even crowded! It's a shame this urgent care is nice, but we'll be looking for another EC.

The worst place to go I was there since 9:40 and it was 11:35 still haven’t been seen by a doctor and then they had a sign we only have one doctor like are you kidding me this is supposed to be faster than the ER. When I asked how much more and I notified the front office staff that my son has asthma and he’s coughing a lot all they told me was we can take his oxygen and you have to wait. When I called previously and I was told it was a 45 min to 1 hr wait not more than 2 hrs. The nurse as soon as you walk in was on her phone with AirPods on and had such a nasty attitude. Then when I told her I’m gonna write a review she said fine I don’t care and just dismissed me. What an awful lack of professionalism and patient care.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the care I received at Colton Urgent Care. I presented with clear signs of a severe infection, including abscesses and a noticeable red streak along my arm, both of which are indicative of a spreading infection. Despite these concerning symptoms, the physician on duty failed to conduct even a basic examination of the affected areas. This level of neglect and dismissal is not only unprofessional but potentially dangerous, as it delayed the critical medical attention I needed.

It is clear to me that this facility does not prioritize patient care. The staff’s dismissive attitude and lack of thorough evaluation suggest a profound disregard for the well-being of those who seek their help. This is unacceptable for any healthcare provider, particularly one that patients rely on during urgent medical situations.

Furthermore, I suspect that this facility may be engaging in questionable billing practices. Given their lack of effort to provide meaningful care, I have concerns about whether they are billing insurance providers appropriately. I intend to report this incident and file a formal grievance with my insurance company to request a thorough investigation into their practices. If there is any evidence of insurance fraud, I trust that it will be addressed appropriately by the relevant authorities.

Patients deserve compassionate and competent medical care, and Colton Urgent Care has demonstrated neither. I strongly advise others to avoid this facility and seek treatment elsewhere to ensure their health and safety are taken seriously.

I have always had a really smooth experience at this clinic. Elizabeth in the front office was very polite and efficient. Danielle the LVN was awesome and has a very quick rooming process, she skipped no steps, 10/10 no notes. Eden the provider had great bedside manner and answered all my questions! Cannot recommend this clinic enough

Been going here since it opened, and have had mostly decent treatment. But today’s was beyond disappointing and unacceptable. I checked in at 4 with help from reception, told her my chest and throat were tight from asthma due to the wind and fires. I was rushed to the back, but then I ended up sitting there for over an hour and a half. The walls are thin, and I could hear the lady in the next room, who came in after me, being seen before me for an infected nail. How does an infected nail take precedence over someone with asthma, shortness of breath, and tightness in the chest and throat?

I understand being short-handed, but in a situation like this, there is no excuse. I’ve been to this urgent care before for asthma and was seen quickly, which is why I came here today. I even called my doctor, and he told me to go to urgent care for this. Instead, I ended up leaving, going home, and doing a breathing treatment. But my chest and throat are still tight. I’ve had multiple asthma attacks in the past, some so severe that I ended up in urgent care or the ER and almost died. And I know people who have died from asthma attacks, so I take this very seriously. Next time, to avoid something more serious, I guess I’ll just go straight to the emergency room. Which I'm probably going to have to do tonight since you guys didn't help me

Very dismissive female doctor came in checked me super fast and told me I just had a cold. I told her I had back pain coughing up a lot of phlegm for 3 to 4 days. She just said to go buy 20$ mucinex she couldn’t give me something to help with my cough? I had already waiting and hour and half! They just try to get people out fast and don’t give proper care.

The lady at the front desk is why I would say five ⭐ for being a polite person, professional, and caring about others and the doctor lady she's a blessing from heaven that but you better have insurance because they are not cheap new stars for the guy at the don't care about other's he's looked at me like I am lesser than or not good enough kind of made me feel like he didn't think I have a long way because I'm homeless and because I'm in a bad situation because the sober houses that I was at in LA got shut down and now I'm stuck on the streets I came to San Bernardino county Colton to be precise I'm trying to better my life but yet I feel like I was still getting judged when he's working or when the big bald is there put the store right next door there's a dude named sam who runs the store next and he does care about people so I give his stor a ten star rating you should check the store out thanks Sam

They do offer great care. I go here a lot due to bad health and it's easier to go here than the hospital. But I may start going to the hospital more because of the staff's attitude towards me. I've left here the last few times, feeling uncared for.
