Dr. Symonett is wonderful, takes interest in his patient. He spends time talking to them and discussing a plan for your success. Sadly, this is usually the only time you will ever see him unless something goes wrong with your medications. The front office staff handle the everyday services for the program. I personally found that they lack the interest the Dr. shows. While they are courteous, they are in no way personable, It's come in, get your meds, shot if you have one and out the door you go, well where that is all well and good in some ways, some people want or need the extra time to discuss issues or at least be Asked, How are things going for You, Are You having any Struggles, How can we help You be more successful in your weight loss plan? Have I lost weight, Yes. Could I have lost more ?, possibly if the right support was there while going through the program. For those who just want to get in and out, and don't have time or want anything else or have other needs, everything is done in about 5 minutes, Weigh in, shots, meds and it is convenient.

On 1/19/2018 older white women in late 50's working there whom is not usually there, closed the office 10 to 15 minutes earlier than the business posted hours on the door. She locked the door on 3 customers walking up to the door. We knocked looking at the time on our cell phones and she ignored us as well as refused to turn to look at us. We watch her walk to the office counter and she then pulls down the shades at the counter . I called the office from my cell phone to get her name and she did not answer. Very Unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. If staff are trained in the medical industry, the first thing is taught is customer service.
Also, this office keeps changing their closing hours. They are not consistant and not reasonable to the working hours of their customers. Closing at 5 is too early. At one time they closed at 7 pm. Then 6 pm. Now 5 pm. and now changing their hours again. Their competitor is in Fontana, less than 6 miles from them. They will meet the same program cost with an additional 15% less cost. Their hours don't change at a whim all the time. They close at 9 pm, are medical licensed and so is their staff. What's best is they are open on a Saturday's as well as take competitors coupons. I highly suggest to try else where.

Nice Service , Nice treatment, affordable price and the lady's (chicas) qué te atienden are The best !!!
I lost weight until 222 lbs and size 18 in a year. Now and today Im in 144 lb and size 6 and I need just the last effort for losing just 25 lbs so, thst means 120 lbs with size 2. And my diabetes are almost gone and my selfleestime higher.
