Cynthia, Angela & Paola have been so pleasant and easy to work with ! I’ve been going here for the past 6 or so months and they are always quick! I’ll be at this facility for about 5 mins or less and only once, it took about 8 minutes ! They speak very kindly to me and keep it professional, I feel very comfortable with them. They are amazing woman! Thank you for all that you do <3

This place is Garbage ! The Lady at the front is nice she doesn't know what's going on, and the automated system works like twice a week. It's all a scam ! Raised the price from 15 to 18 so a guy gets paid more to stare at my junk! And every test is dirty as I have a med card......

If you consider how many people are in and out of this place on a daily basis and the hours worked by the employees at what is likely minimum wage it's not so bad. I had to go to the parole office a few years back and it's definitely better than that, they were snotty. I think the girls are polite for the most part and the gentlemen do their job quietly. I don't feel they have bad attitudes just a icky job that has clients that don't want to be there in the first place. Keep doing the best with what your given guys...

I have to plan my days around this , and that's on me. Having said that, got here at 7 a.m. on a Saturday which is what time they are supposed to open. Still sitting out front at 7:30 and door is locked.... 8 am.... Still not open.

They've always been very nice to me! The people that work there are awesome! They go as quick as they can but if there's more than 8 people in the lobby expect to wait 20 30 mins. If they are doing a mouth swab on someone, you can see if they're doing that from the lobby, expect to wait about 30 40 mins. WARNING!! They are only open every 2nd and 4th Sunday and they close at 3pm not 5pm like it says on the website! I got in trouble with my po for listening to the website!

Managed by incompetent, useless, idiots that don't have hours correctly, web address to check online, because they don't even have the call in computer working most of time. Bunch of complete idiots that monitor? Really? Who baby sits these fools! And Samuel is talking about front desk people, has to be. They are nice. Im talking about how this joke is run. Again, as often, calling in is not working! Simple business practice, which a 3rd grader could run, these adults in Management seem to be on drugs themselves. Yahoo's.

If you need your UA Results in a Timely Fashion this is not the place to go! Was told 3-4 Days and it’s been over a week with no results 8 Business Days and 10 Days total this messed up everything for why I needed the Test! Not very Happy with this place. Go elsewhere
