I got in and out within an hour. They don’t take United Healthcare as of right now so I had to selfpay $310. It was clearly explained to me. Dr de la Rivaherrera was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. (also they gave me documentation I can send to uhc to get reimbursed, that was very very helpful of them.) The front desk was positive and very straightforward about prices. The nurse (I think her name was Erin or Erica im so sorry for forgetting) was very sweet and again super transparent about pricing etc. going to urgent care obviously is not fun but they were all professional.

I had a great experience at this urgent care! They were all incredibly friendly (especially the nurse and PA-C). I was given a few prescriptions to manage the Flu and very happy with how timely everything was done. I was in and out within an hour. Will definitely come back if in need of prompt care.

I was so impressed by the quality of care that I received here! I have never had such a timely, pleasant experience at any other urgent care. I felt very listened to by the doctor and he explained everything to me very thoroughly. I will definitely be returning if needed, and recommending this urgent care to others!

I brought my wife in last night who had high blood pressure. We got to Urgent Care at closing. The staff was very polite. They took her blood pressure three times. Then Christine PA came in, and we explained the situation that my wife was having. Christine PA explained a complex situation and explained so we can understand the situation better. I would give the staff, nurse and Christine PA 10 stars if I could. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I had to take my 10 year old son to this location because he got a fishing hook stuck in his finger. The entire staff was fantastic but Dr. Rivaherrera went above and beyond to make him feel calm. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My daughter needed to see the doctor today and we are happy we chose this office, we had a very good experience. All the staff were friendly and nice. The nurse was very kind and the doctor was also kind and friendly. The doctor also spent a good amount of time talking to us and explaining everything so well. I would highly recommend this urgent care. Last but not least, the price for self pay was extremely reasonable and affordable.

It has always been a positive experience at this clinic. Today was no exception. From the warm and reassuring greeting of the receptionist to the care that I received from Amanda, Jim, and my Provider, Michele, my concerns were adressed professionally, and with kindness. Michele listened, asked good questions, ordered an x-ray which was read quickly (thank goodness nothing was broken), and she had the perfect plan of action to help me feel better quickly as well. I really recommend Collier Urgent Care at Founder's Square. Clean, efficient, professional and great providers. You can't ask for more. Thank you!

Tried to charge me $500 WITH insurance. Asked how much the self pay rate was and they told me $310. How does that make sense? Went across the street to Vava Clinic and got great care for $50 using my insurance.
