This is my favorite Pharmacy in all of Naples! Ever since Covid, pharmacies have become a real nightmare to deal with and I’ve found that at CVS and Walgreens especially, the customer service really sucks too…so finding this “boutique-y” pharmacy has been a breath of fresh air. They always have my medication, they don’t have to order it or run out of it, they call me to tell me it’s ready, they fill my prescription on time or ahead of time, and they’re 3”efficient. I don’t even care that they don’t take my insurance…I’d rather pay cash and get my meds, have an easy experience and get what I want than get nothing for nothing -you know what I mean? ?
You will not be upset if you try this place, especially if you’re tired of your current Pharmacist and all their excuses and lack of knowledge. Thank you guys! See you next month!

The pharmacy has a very tranquil environment including the friendly staff. they are able to work with all insurance companies in the country and offered great cash prices to served the needs of all customers backgrounds. I highly recommend the pharmacy to all customer come in and pay them a visit.

I recently transferred all of my prescriptions to Collier Pharmacy. I used to go to Wal-Mart or Walgreens, but i wasn't satisfied as of late with the service at either one. They just weren't helpful or even nice anymore. My very first visit to Collier Pharmacy the entire staff was so friendly, very helpful, and answered any questions i had. They are all very knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. I will forever be grateful for the outstanding service and i will continue to utilize this pharmacy over any other. If you have never been, i recommend you stop by because they are amazing!

This establishment is not equipped to properly and accurately test for COVID-19/ any variant. Do not fall into their trap and pay $75 out of pocket your family, friends and community will be at risk of contagion due to their greed in pocketing profit for rapid testing.

Detailed Review:
Seeing all the positive reviews of people who frequent this pharmacy almost made me question my review. However, due to us being in a pandemic and the steps this pharmacy takes to advertise they are equipped to provide proper testing (antigen and PCR) I feel compelled to review them based on these services alone. I’m sure(hope) they handle prescriptions best. I paid $75 dollars for what appears to be a self test kit you can purchase on your own. They processed my form of payment quickly. There was no organization for who was next nor measures to provide social distancing, feeling symptomatic I decided to wait outside. When came time for my test, the employee did not clean hands did not properly wear face mask and I worried for their health. They barley scrapped both nostrils with the cottonswab and when squeezing a solution onto my test they were distracted speaking to other clients about how their day was. I waited 40minutes outside (I have no issue, I was aware there were many people getting tested) I simply hoped they would take that time to be organized and hand out accurate results. I received a negative and I knew something was wrong, won’t with their procedures and test. Their protocols are distrusting and many people whom were waiting with me all received negative test. I left and went to CVS made a last min appointment got in tested and that same evening I tested positive, the same evening the handed me a false negative. I wonder how much contagion has been done in our golden gate community due to their inadequacy.

I’m just recently started buy my meds on this pharmacy They are always fast, very kind, always have your meds in stock. Just genuinely nice people, very Profetional ,specially Mrs Mabell she take care me most of the time and I have not complain about her , she’s the best I will qualify her more than 5 stars but website does not let me , thank you Collier pharmacy for everything, specially for have Mabell on your staff.
