Makes me not want to visit a dentist again. New patient because old dentist didnt take my new insurance. I was 20 minutes early , i knew i was going to sign paperwork. I dont get seen til 4:40 then the dentist tells me im late. Makes rude/sassy remarks throughout the whole visit. Makes my guns bleed so much she was grabbing gauze because it was going over my cheek. I dont know if she was mad because she had to stay 5 minutes later or what. I would not let her near my mouth again.

Very impressed with this clinic. I needed to see a doctor and didn't have an appointment. I called and was told that they take walk-ins. The front counter receptionist was very sweet. It's based on your income so that will probably help a lot of people. I knew I would probably have to wait a little while but, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Maybe an hour is all I waited. Went to triage, saw the nurse practitioner and was on my way. Everyone was very nice. Inside was very clean.

The staff was very friendly, polite and extremely professional. Dr. Copeland was awesome. Dr. Copeland was attentive and addressed any concerns I had with my follow-up visit. The original prescription given for my hypertension was very effective.

I went here to the walk-in dental today with not too much expectation beyond the minimum, but the services I got were so disappointing! I paid $30 to get an "exam" and the dentist didn't do anything beyond telling me what was wrong with my teeth. He spent a half hour cleaning the patients teeth next to me but when it came to me he said "we are understaffed and don't have time" And to reschedule for a cleaning. He also felt the need to talk down to me and tell me my teeth are beyond today's current technology in terms of them getting straightened. Very very rude. I'm a grown man and he made me feel horrible about my self and took my money with out even cleaning my teeth or any fillings. DON'T GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Just don't..4-20-2018 9:00 am

I have been going to College Station Health Clinic for years. They've seen me when I didn't have insurance, when I had Medicaid, and now, fully insured. They have always treated me with kindness and dignity.
