My two adult children, who have developmental disabilities and mental health issues, have been receiving services at c o d a c for the past 20 years or so. We never have to wait for appointments, and there psychiatrist is always kind and compassionate. He is knowledgeable about their disabilities and medications.

We have a new case manager, she is compassionate and competent and has been so helpful. We have had the same psychiatrist or the entire time We have been with this agency. We are very happy with the services we received.

Best Therapist I've ever had. Tomas Sepulveda has helped me so much! The facility is far from my home but it's worth the drive. The office is always kept nice and clean. Very professional.

The personnel are ALWAYS helpful in my experience. Always friendly and ready to assist with anything in their purview. They've always treated me extremely well and taken care of any malfunction in my world that I couldn't handle. Wonderful people all around.

I give the Facility and Staff a 5 star rating. They are truly helpful people and really nice to work with. My experience with Nurse Practitioner S. Nemati was less helpful. I appreciate a NP. or Dr who is helping with my mental well being to listen to me not give me the words, " I'm the Doctor I'll give you what I want to", this was done before the intake questions were asked. I had asked to be rediagnosed due to never having an actual diagnosis of my symptoms being done in all these years. I expect an actual diagnosis to be performed before being attacked about medication by a provider. The staff and Facility are great!

So my psychiatrist Matt Boutin is literally like a father/friend to me because when I was going through my phase of reoccurring hospitalizations Matt really took his time and helped me figure out my life and he never once judged me or felt left in the middle of unexplained diagnosis.

My visit with him this past week came with the idea of reducing/stopping my psychiatric medications and just keeping my sleeping medicine and my anxiety medicine " as needed" and I am perfectly fine with that because we tried to keep me on my duloxtine, naltrexone and prazosin but with me having 2 mild strokes back to back it was safer to discontinue them for my own safety reasons but to give my body a restart.

My health is #1 priority to myself because I want to live a somewhat normal life even if it takes awhile to possibly do that but I have a great team of providers and recovery coach/peer support.

I was against the idea of having a therapist because of my past experiences with them and getting blamed for what happened to me as a child but I am willing to give it a try but if it starts off bad that will be the end of it and I will find a IOP group, DBT group, CBT group or any other group that will help me understand myself and my trauma and teach me ways to deal with them without becoming upset and getting mad quickly.

Very welcoming and helpful. The services I have received through codac have changed my life. The classes I have attended with a Mrs Jenni Papanek have really given me the knowledge and tools and guidance needed to over come many obstacles in my every day life. Whether that be with my recovery, mental health or just knowing how to manage my emotions. She has continued to be someone I can turn to for help. With that being said I have good faith I will continue to prosper through my recovery and continue to live the life that was meant for me!

I've been with CODAC for over 20 years. Never had a problem regarding appointments, waiting time on the phone, and unfriendliness☺️.
If I were to say anything negative, it'd be the turn -around with personal case-managers (if one were needed).
There isn't enough room here to explain how "wonderful" my Doctor is and has been. I would like to thank everyone for being so , so kind , always to me ❤️!!

Ps. ..I only receive "medical/prescriptions" , regarding my mental issues (biologically , from birth) so for me, Dr. B understands, and always has. He understands /respects that for me, I just need meds for my chemical -imbalance instead of, " why do you feel this way or that , thinking-wise"..
I wouldn't have been with any doctor, ever (except for DR.B, CODAC) and there are no other explanations why I'm alive today. Thank you Dr.Bupp!!

This Clinic runs so smoothly and I have never been disappointed. I used to be a client at Nevada Behavioral Health back in Vegas and they were a mess and always kicked people out. But being back home I am super impressed and appreciative of the staff at Codac. Everything at this Clinic is top notch and have a variety of locations to choose from, depending on where you are in town.
