I saw my pcp Dr. Nickels today. She is the best PCP I’ve ever had. She makes sure all my needs are taken care of and that I understand exactly what her diagnosis means and exactly how she plans on treating me in layman’s term so I know what she is talking about. She is very Thorough and always make sure that any questions or concerns I have are answered and completely understood before I leave her office. I love how understanding she is and how she makes sure that all my concerns are addressed. Every time I see her. I hate going to the doctor but having her as a primary has made it easier for me to go in when I have a medical need that needs to be addressed. Thank you Dr Nickels for being such a fantastic doctor. Her staff from Medical Assistants to Nurses are all Just as thorough and professional, and always leave a smile on my face. My experience from start to finish was great. All the staff members I have interacted with are warm hearted professional people. I recommend this clinic to anyone that enjoys being treated fairly and professionally by staff members who genuinely seem to care about their patients wellness.

Sue Grant is compassionate, listens to me and what I am feeling. She helps me to overcome my trials with offering advice and suggestions to help me overcome my difficulties. Reception staff is kind, helpful and takes the time to arrange appointments. Security staff is always on point to make me feel safe and comfortable and always kind. Genoa Pharmacy staff is kind and has my medications on time always. Holly my case manager takes the time to check up on me, she is kind, compassionate and is always willing to listen to my troubles and gives me advice to handle the situations when they arise. Codac is a great place.

After being there for a year with anxiety & depression this lady where I live has been harassing me every day for a month and I told her how I have witnesses from staff and other residents not to mention letters from her and photos from my doorbell when she was coming to my door the psychiatrist Sue Grant wrote that I had delusions of a lady stalking me. I have never been delusional in my whole entire life and never reported to her I was delusional. On another occasion I called about the addiction program for my friend to ask questions for her and now they have on record that I'm an addict. These people are horrible and I'm finding a new place for my care. I can't believe they do the things they do and get away with it. The government needs to shut them down. They claim to be holistic because they have an accupuncurist but they are quick to drug you up on meds

My name is Lindsay C under the care of my Dr there and Robert is my recovery coach. He has been very supportive, very reliable and super responsive and helpful for everything I’ve ever needed in between my appts. I appreciate that Codac finally has someone like him for the in between appointments as things come up and the Drs are either unavailable or out of the office. Please do not ever get rid of the recovery coaches as someone like me who suffers with Panic Disorder greatly needs the extra support and help in between my 90 day spread out appointments. Thank you Robert for everything!

Best NP for psyche at CODAC is Catherine Laughlin. Been w her since arriving in Tucson. Nvr had a TRUE psyche provider tht has put me on a regimen of medications tht controls my rage, mania nd as much of my anxiety as AZ does not permit CODAC to prescribe the allotted dose I was given tht stabilized my anxiety fully as I was in MD. This becomes a problem as my fears nd anxieties turn to rage nd ppl are definitely apt to be in danger if I'm in full mania nd CODAC has been fully advised of this issue nd well aware since my arrival to Tucson from Maryland. If u dn't advocate for urself, the mental Healthcare providers do NOT care enough to work with u to make sure u get the proper mental health care u need nd deserve. Stay vigilant in regards to ur psychiatric treatment as NOBODY cares enough or will do so for u. Know ur meds nd exactly what ur diagnosis is. U being proactive abt ALL ur health both physical nd mental, guarantees tht ur insurance company will assist u in getting the proper medical nd mental health care providers best suited to assisted all ur needs.

Front office staff was really helpful and I needed to redo some annual forms that they help me with. Appointment was pretty much on time maybe five minutes late. Overall had a great experience.
