Awesome clinic. The staff is super friendly and always smiling. They do make you feel welcomed. You're treated like family. The doctors are kind and extremely into your well-being. The facility looks great, the wait time was fantastic. I can not believe how well I was treated here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bosas for a couple of years. He has a nice bedside manner and a fun sense of humor which I feel is needed in the medical profession. It just lightens things up and makes your visit less stressful. I gave a 4 star rating because the facility at times seems disorganized and the wait time is usually quite long. Overall I’m very happy with the care I have received. Everyone is nice and helpful.

Dr. Price is professional and my son really likes her. But that front desk people!!! It’s been three days no one picks up the phone. Even when I go there, that blonde lady at the front desk is extremely rude. I tried to make an appointment in the clinic, she is like you need to call us!!! I was in front of her! Please change that lady, she is not capable of doing this job.

The doctor and nurse assistance is very professional, but the lady at the desk and Oscar is very rude, first they don't know how to talk to a client are give information it's like black parent and they children are not welcome their are racist. I have visited the South Miami health center any everyone was professional , you leave inform and with a smile coconut grove need to improve very poor service.

Both receptionists dont seem to like there job, the blonde woman is always with an attitude and NEVER picks up the phone, oscar is a little more decent but he seems lost at times. My biggest peeve in this place is there inability to pick up the God dam phone or at least have a pre recorded voicemail to leave messages I have been waiting for my pain management referral and I've gotten nothing!! The woman st the referrals department flat out told me in her own words "were a little behind" unacceptable. I'm infuriated!

First,of avolve I love the care and attention the doctor gives too my babies when they come to their appointment.Dr Price is a great pediatrician when it comes to my babies,I like how she gives her undivided attention to her patients and the parents.The nursing staff is very nice and professional always willing to help the patients..

The staff at the front desk Oscar,and the other lady who always answers the phones needs to be a little bit more professional and helpful to the patients in the waiting area.And,the Coconut Grove office also needs to have transportation to offer the patients like they do at other locations within the CHI clinics..Otherwise,Im a satisfied parent of two happy healthy babies!!!

My Son had a appointment today and needed to catch up wit his shots I came in with my toddler and my elderly mother and was greeted by to young men in the vallet stand who gave me outstanding help especially with my mother who needed help getting out the car and needed help getting her Cain from the truck I was unable to help her because I had my baby in my hands but those two men Are a great help especially with the fact there’s no parking little things make a big difference !!!
