I went into your emergency room 3:20 A1-16-2025. I didn’t even speak six words, and the lady that was doing the intake accused me of being a harassing in my answers. I spoke six words to the lady and two of them were how to spell my name. My personal opinion, I didn’t even make it into the emergency room. The absolute discussed in the tone of the lady showed me right away that there’s no care for patients at all to accuse somebody answering her questions of being harassing. This person needs to be reprimanded or removed from her job. She surely should not be in that position. I’m not well. I have a breathing issue. I had to leave because the lady was so obnoxious.

I'm from Tempe Arizona I was afraid to even come to a hospital in a little town like this but I'm glad that I did everybody here was so helpful and bent over backwards for me especially a girl named Cassandra at the front if I could give this Hospital 10 Stars I would we need some hospitals like you in the valley!!

Had go to the Cobra Valley Regional Medical Emergency room, they were very knowledgeable and considerate to all my needs. Hardest working people I’ve ever seen. Globe/Miami is lucky to have such loyal, hard working people!
