Good luck getting anything done here. They are always running late, unorganized, gossipy, refuse accountability, and the staff have general bad attitudes (except the short haired security guard). They don’t answer the phone and don’t communicate. I think they justify the way they treat the patients through classism and a bad attitude gained from their own poor working environment.

Caters to Hispanic people more than everyone. Takes way too long to see a doctor! Plus It's closed on Sundays. There needs to be a nurse on call that answers. Plus the Dentist is also 3 stars. Newbs don't even know how to take x-rays.

Poor overall experience. I waited on hold for an accumulated 45+ minutes. I then drove to the clinic while on hold hoping to get prompt service, when I arrived the clinic was closed for break time. I’m busy. I don’t have time to waste like this, and I know other people don’t either.

If I have any advice for the Coastside Clinic, it is 1)
keep more employees on shift, because 1 receptionist isn’t enough.
2)
update the aoutomative hold system. If there is no one to pick up the phone that needs to be stated so more time is not wasted. With that said the caller will know to hang up and try again at a later time, instead of being told to stay on the line waiting for long periods of time.

life is short, I don't want to spend it on hold.

Poor service. rude and incomprehensible, would not listen to me about my case, and she told the receptionist to schedule another day to speak with her. being that I was already within the day and time scheduled. Sy. Aldrich A 👎🏽👎🏽
