I had a wonderful experience at coastal vision center of Callahan Florida. I was greeted when I walked into the door and it was promptly signed in for my appointment. The facility was clean and well kept and the staff was wonderfully friendly. The ophthalmologist was friendly well spoken and explained my eyesight in plane and easy to understand English. If you need your eyes checked out I would strongly suggest coastal vision of Callahan Florida.

Over 1 year post cataract surgery with multi focal implants, worse decision I ever made. So unhappy. Always feel like something is in my eye or vision is blurred. Driving at night is horrible with glares and halos. Never had them before surgery. Have an appointment in a few weeks hope to get some resolution.

Was supposed to be one of the better rated in the area. Normal vision exam was fine but since the optometrists are only there certain days of the week scheduling was difficult. I also needed a contacts fitting and got the measurements then find out they don’t have the samples. They have to order them and the only time they can fit me in is a month out. So I get there a month later to the optometrist running late and then they tell us that we needed to pick the samples up 2 weeks previously and be wearing them for the optometrist to write an RX. Then they tried to schedule us 2 weeks out. I need contacts so I just went to my old optometrist on the island and got an RX same day painless just like always. Ridiculous policy that I’ve never seen anywhere else with lack of communication. Also billing won’t refund me since I got my eyes “measured” which is only part of the fitting. Go somewhere else
