Receptionist is very rude. My last name is easy to say and yet three tries, after I corrected her after two, and she never got it right. I think she makes up her own rules. I thought my appointment was at 10:30, but it was 10:20. Who sets appointments like that? So I got there before 10:30, but she wasn't at the desk when I signed in. When she got back up front, she said my lateness and her getting back up front was more than 15 minutes. Office rule is no appointment if 15 minutes late. Dr. Clarke, if you want me as your patient, you need to make the call or I will find someone else.

Dr Clarke and the nurse, I think her name is Melissa, are both extremely kind and helpful in and out of the office. Even apart from office visits, the nurse was very quick and helpful when replying to my messages through the portal. They truly care about resolving issues and concerns.
