My first visit the NP recommended a treatment saying it would be quick and easy. When I arrived for the treatment, the dermatologist talked me out of the procedure and said it was unnecessary so I left with nothing done. Huge waste of time. Today I showed up for an appointment and the office staff said I didn’t have an authorization on file so if I wanted to be seen, I would be billed privately for the visit. None of this was communicated with me prior to showing up for the appointment.

Had my every 6 mo body assessment today. 3 basal cells nitrogen sprayed. The doctor and her nurse were so professional and yet kind. Frequently asked me about my pain. Every time I visit this clinic, I'm amazed at how kind the staff is. I know I'm in good hands

Extremely competent and Friendly staff; front office and back office staff. I remember thinking while waiting for my first appointment today…I’ve never felt that welcome at a Doctor’s appointment before. Polite is great, but this staff was actually “Friendly and kind”.

I highly recommend Dr Spanogle and his medical team for the Mohs procedure. He was kind, sensitive, and precise throughout the process. I was worried about losing my hair and he made every effort to avoid that. His team checked on me regularly and I felt safe and secure the whole time.
