I recently took my three children for eye exams with Dr Cynthia Mund, and I cannot express how wonderful our experience was! From the moment we walked in, Dr. Mund made the entire process enjoyable and engaging for the kids. Her warm and friendly demeanor instantly put them at ease, making what can often be a dauting experience feel like a fun adventure.

I was particularly concerned about my middle child, who is quite sensitive to doctors and noise. However, Dr. Mund handled him with such care and understanding. She took the time to explained everything in a way that he could understand, which helped alleviate his anxiety. By the end of the appointment, he was smiling and excited to return!

A purchase was made, and a female employer of your facility that was in charge of handling my glasses , replaced the wrong screw on the right side of my glasses , so it came off . Also , I didn’t receive the right case for the glasses and she told me to come back again Thursday. I called to see if I am able to get the case and she mentioned it’s a 15 dollar charge . I’ve only gone to this facility twice and I will never step foot in that optometrist clinic.
