I was able to schedule my CT scan online, as well as fill out most of the paperwork ahead of my appointment, I always appreciate this as it cuts down on wait times at the office. When I arrived, check in was super easy and quick. Excellent guest service by the front desk as well as the technician. Overall very great experience!

This place is amazing. Out of all the places I have been to, this place is the cleanest, most peaceful, and the staff is super super nice. I went to get a CT scan and when I walked in it felt like a paradise! Fish tank, plants, and just everything (the colors and the vibe) made me feel so comfortable. Then the girl at the front desk was super sweet! All the staff here was so calm, so genuine, and I could tell they all had a good relationship. Even their conversations were peaceful and you did not hear any trash talking and no drama! Honestly this is the best place in the valley. Also you could tell there are Spanish speaking staff for patients who only speak Spanish. I really recommend this place! You won’t be dissappointed.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, no waiting. The lady at the desk was very polite and professional. I didn't have to wait for a long time to get called by the technician. Technician was very polite and knowledgeable, he explained very step he was going to do to prepare me for the scan.

The place is very neat and clean and paperwork is organized. Everyone there was very nice. Was seen only a few minutes after my appointment time and CT scan went very smoothly. Tech was very pleasant and efficient.

I really liked the office on Country Club. It was clean. The people were kind and efficient. No wait time, they took me at my appointment time. I can’t say the same thing for the office on Fred Waring. . It was filthy, Completely crowded, waited two hours. It felt like pure chaos in that office. The MRI machine had a big crack in it. If you took a white towel and wiped the floors and baseboards, they would be black. I would get the Fred Waring office 1 star.

They were kind in the front but when they asked for my portion to pay them I told them I had no cash or card on me, could they bill me. The front receptionist said she had to pass this thru her manager I said ok.
The manager came out to speak with me she stated she had to speak to her regional manager to get an ok. I said ok. She then asked could I pay anything. I told her no I have nothing on me, but she was not empathetic to my situation.
I told her I’m from out of town and I have to get this done. I have never paid for any portion of my X-rays. They stated I needed to pay 149.00. I told her I have no cash or card on me. But I got 40 dollars from my daughter that’s all the cash she had on her. That was good enough.
But after all the “ I have to speak to my manager and regional manager” I did my brain cat scan there with Carlos he was great and fast.
I need a brain MRI BUT I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
I will find another facility.
