Absolutely love this office! The receptionists are so kind and attentive. Everyone is extremely helpful and they'll help find the most affordable options if you need to pay out of pocket for labs, meds. etc. Both Dr Kim & Dr Burris are phenomenal!

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this office!! They are all so caring, kind and knowledgeable. The convenience to have access to this office rather than sitting in an urgent care for hours and hours is PRICELESS. They take their time and listen to my medical issues/concerns, I have never felt rushed, ever! Do not hesitate to sign up for the membership (which is very affordable). You won’t regret it. I know I’m not the only one who has dealt with insurance nightmares with long waits in urgent care (especially when you aren’t feeling well) or waiting months and months on a waiting list just to see a new Dr, dealing with co-pays, frustrating phone calls with insurance just trying to get help is INFURIATING. Well you don’t have those nightmare and issues with this office. I HIGHLY recommend that you call this office immediately. You can thank me later. 🙂

If you are having trouble getting an appointment with your Dr. Coachella Valley Director Primary Care is who you want to switch over! They are available for you when you need them , and Dr. Kim is amazing. I also want to Recognize Erica Lopez. Erica is very professional, and makes you feel like you family.
