Every time I call the Stockton office she says can I put you on a brief hold? I waited over 11 minutes then I hung up when I called back again. She said the same thing. I told her I already waited 11 minutes. She says I’m with a customer! I said for 11 minutes what are you doing with this customer? This place is a joke and always will be a joke. Rude people.!

This place is a joke. The wait is long.i once Had appointment at 11am i check in and was waiting for them to call me . I was there for an hour they forgot about me. After I got up and told them what the heck i was here before all the 12 people they took in they said sorry can u come back after 1pm because there in lunch. I was no I'm not coming back at 1pm. They finally took me in and on the way out they put on paper they took me in at 11:30am i got out at 12pm just to cover them selfs. Unprofessional staff and doctors they dont no what they doing they just guess and prescribe you drugs. they just reschedule every 2 weeks just to waist your time. This place is the worst place to get check out by doctor. all young doctors no experience at all.

I am a new patient and have scheduled my appointments, front desk has been nice and friendly so far, they helped fix a issue for me and handled it quickly, the MD and PA I’ve seen have ben very nice. Quick with referrals and all paperwork. So far so good, the key that I see is make a appoint if possible because they are busy.

I’m only here to do a drug test for my medical school. First off, front staff are very rude. Vey unprofessional! They said it’s an hour wait and there’s only 4 people in here. Why would it take an hour to pee in a cup and turn it in? smh. I need to tell my school to take them off the list.They asked me to fill out paperwork and someone will call me. The lady called on me 30mins later and was like “are you done with your paperwork? we need your paperwork to put you on the list” it’s like what the hell ! I’ve been sitting here with the paperwork in my hand waiting for them to call me and now I have to wait more. She could’ve told me after you fill it out to bring it back. Wasting my time! If there was a zero star they’d get that!!!

There’s like more than 5 staff here and they are calling people one by one. When one person comes out it’s like they wait 30mins to call another. Seriously

Brought my son here to get a TB test for his City of Stockton Youth job, It smelled like strong breath, No ventilation what so ever just stagnant air quality which can get people sick, They are Ridiculously SLOW.

The customer service is super terrible and the wait time is super unreasonable I came in today at 10 30 and I left at 1 when there was only 3 people in the building shut this place down!!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Showed up 15min after they opened.. only 4 people were here.. ive been sitting here for over an hr just to get a drug test. Never again..

Staff are nice at first then act as if your nothing more than their income. Also they don't care if you just got reinjured. If you couldn't get an appointment in time. They make you wait 40+ mins minimum. And i know cause over 40 passed before I asked how much longer , they said since I'm a Walk in. That it'll be another 30mins minimum. So ya not the place, but still better than the one in manteca
