The staff was excellent. Caring and professional. Always communicative throughout the process. They made you feel as if you were a member of the team. Great experience and not only would recommend to others, but would be willing to participate in another study with them.

I went here for a flu vaccine study. Everyone was friendly, professional and made me feel safe and comfortable at every visit. I wouldn't hesitate to participate in another study if eligible.

Horrible experience here today. I was called to do a medication study for Anxiety by Julia. I have been in 1 other medical study here including the Covid Pfizer one. The reason i got a call for this anxiety study is because I applied to do a study in 2023 and didnt make it into the study because of my labs. When Julia called me she said this study would be good for me as the requirements were not as strict. So i signed up for this and was told what the study pays and took time off from my job today to participate in the study. So today after about an hour of answering questions and tests that i couldn't be in the study. This nurse came in her name is Leticia to say that I couldn't be in the study because of my labs from the last study which shouldn't be the case. Not to mention I felt like she was talking down to me. When I asked about compensation she said No, you don't qualify for anything. I told her I took time off from my work to come in. So imagine how I feel , Im supposed to get 150.00 and also out money from my to for coming in to the study. She told me she would mail me a 25.00 gift card. What a disappointment. I was told by Julia I would get paid. Really said this is the way they treat the people that test medications and save lives. I will never recommend or ever go back to CNS.

I have serious memory issues so much that I can't drive the distance, about 30 miles to get there. They didn't even offer transportation. What kind of side show is this? Perhaps it was a good thing....

I got looking for help for my severe depression 🫥 and because I'm allergic to an anti-inflammatory medication they said they can't help at all. If they're nurses why can't anyone care at all that I feel hopeless and that I'm losing interest in continuing in this world that seems to close more to me every passing day? Are people just another paycheck for them? They just don't care 😪

The place is Trash. Very unprofessional. They try to enroll people in VCT studies and staff don't even know what that is. They make u drive there and the study turns out to be something else. They promised a giftcard and never sent it. When u call to question they will give u the runaround and hang up on u. Very lo of them.

The staff were always friendly and accommodating. They kept me informed as to the whole process. When mistakes weee made they owned them and apologized. A very pleasant experience.
