This Clinic the personnel it’s rude and unprofessional, specially people from the record department, with attitude to the customer, I placed an order of my records on Tuesday to take it to my doctor I talk to someone from the CMS Diagnostic and she told me that we will be ready by Thursday before my doctors appointment, I got here to pick up and they’re not ready and the person without any apology or empathy told me if I wish to get it I need to wait for Something that order way before my arrival to meeting. Plus they over book appointments at the same time and the waiting period it takes for ever…… I believe customer time it’s valuable as the employee that works there… I would suggest anyone to go to other places to do any service and not choose this facility at all. Very sad and unfortunate service.

Teresa is the best! I always suffer with how painful mammograms are for me. Teresa was calm and gentle and walked me through the procedure efficiently but slow enough to keep me calm. Easiest mammogram have ever had

Do not come here!!!This the worst place. Terrible conditions. Even worse customer service. Employees have no idea of the medical field or what they are doing we waiting from 10am-6:30pm to get an MRI to be told that my husband who is 6ft tall 190 lbs might not fit in the only functioning MRI machine. This was after using the self Pat option and not using out insurance because it would take 10-15 business days to get the imaging. They could not provide us with a CD of the imaging if they would have done it because it was soo late the team that makes the CDs had gone home. We had waited so long because one of the MRI machines was down. If I could give them zero stars I would

Horrible appointment scheduling, you call to schedule an appointment and they give you a time. When they call you to schedule the appointment they give you a different time that the original one they initially gave you, you get there 30 minutitos before your appointment and still have to wait there 1-2 hours to be called. Always packed, very unorganized and appointments are NOT respected.

Great experience. All the employees are very friendly and treat you with a lot of love and respect. While I was there, there were quite a few elderly people who were treated with a lot of patience and kindness. I have to mention also that I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment time, but I didn’t care the wait, I was pleased to see a business where all employees cares about you.

My dad, a 73 yo cancer patient, went to this recommended center two get two MRI's, one of them combining two areas of the body. He was from 8:30am to approximately 9:50 inside of the machine. Neat place, kind staff, someone OVERLOOKED one of the MRI's orders and now my old man have to come back because this person DID NOT PAY ATTENTION. For some people this process can be annoying let alone a sick senior patient. Nobody have called him to offer an apology or a STAT new appointment. We got the news from his PCP front desk. Office can be clean, staff can be nice but you had one job. Very disappointed. Good luck to your patients.

It takes them more than 10 business days for a radiologist to read an exam. I have never seen such bad turnaround time for an imaging business. The website has absolutely zero information on the radiology group that reads to this facility. If you have a follow up with your provider and need your results before that, please ensure you ask your ordering provider to order STAT.

The people here are super nice and professional. Arrived at 7:45 am for an 8 am appointment and it’s 9:35 and now is when I get called in for an MRI. Not fair to over book patients.
