I made an appointment a week and a half in advanced and two days before my appointment they rescheduled without my approval to a later time that day. I had to change my schedule in two days to be able to go but the nurses didn’t tell me they also redirected my appointment to this new location at 1150 S. Cherokee Ln. I was at this location (my primary) and had to travel 15 minutes to the other side of town. I called and all nurses claim that they didn’t receive a phone call from me or the nurses that helped me at my primary location. So they gave my appointment away. I couldn’t be seen besides coming from out of town so we had to do a video appointment the next day and my nurse besides asking which pharmacy to send the medications to sends them to a location 53.1 mi from where I am staying. I had to call myself to get that redirected even though they messed up again. I would not recommend this location or the new location at all.

on the phone with both lodi turner CMC and west lane stockton CMC.crazy that i have to try both because it seems they almost always never answer. are they not open on Saturday’s? its says 4:30pm close online. if this is not the case make the time to update google. ridiculous staff of low income clinics makes it such a difficult process. like this is a vulnerable community that needs to be served and if your passion is not in healthcare and to truly help people find another job. its seems like constant complexities in the healthcare system of obtaining help for the low income community. management in there needs to get their shit together and streamline processes in there to better serve our community because clearly it is not cutting it.

They cancelled my appointment I waited nearly two months for without confirming or calling me and it wasn’t rescheduled either. I called to double check my appointment time and that’s when I found out… a day before when my appointment was supposed to me. The next available appointment is also nearly two months away and it’s not even in person. Horrible management

I was seen at the ER dept. and was told to follow up within 1-2 days with pcp. Had my appointment scheduled here and made it within my grace period, but by the time i was checked in with them it passed over that time so they didn’t see me because it wasn’t urgent. I guess my miscarriage isn’t urgent to them and their doctor.

If I could give zero or even half star I would. The office never follows through with what they say they are going to do. I have had one decent experience here with my oldest daughter. They push your appointments out, reschedule without your knowledge and don't take your issues seriously. They have pushed my daughters appointment out since January and they don't even know what they are doing. They scheduled the first appt. over the phone, we told them what her appt was for and it likely wasn't going to be able to be handled over the phone but they insisted they had nothing in person and this was the only way to get in to see the Dr. They called us at our appt day and time and said I am sorry this type of appt cannot be evaluated over the phone she needs to be seen in person and those appointments have been rescheduled over and over at their convenience not ours. You are just another number here. I want to go where they care about the patient

How can I receive a call or private message from my doctor when the clinic does not answer their phone and due to my hearing I prefer to send a private message instead of calling? The message number is only for appointments. Can Community Medical Centers develop a private patient portal for patients who prefer to send private secure messages?
