Each time I need to take my kids to an urgent care this is my choice. I love the fact that CMC provides this option for after hours and weekend care when needed. The providers are friendly and knowledgeable about the conditions they treat. I don’t experience a long wait either like you would at some other facilities. Definitely better than making a trip to ER

My mom has been a cmc patient for a long time now and the first time we come to this clinic because she had swelling for 3 days and her regular doctor had no appointments so we were referred to this clinic. We arrived at 6pm and the girl at the front desks first words were “we are not taking any more patients” like how is that possible when you close at 8pm!

I went to go and be seen. I arrived at 10:00 and the waiting room was so crowded there were no seats. I decided to come back in the evening and they said they weren't taking any more patients as they only had 1 provider. Mind you there were people setting in the waiting room. This office is open until 6:00pm! How can you turn me away 2 hours before closing?

This place is straight garbage . Went in today 04/16/2025 for side pain they didn’t do s*** for me .. didn’t even want to give me a paper for a cat scan.. no pain meds nothing .. I rather sit at home in pain then to be treated like an animal .. the ladies in there are rude, I mean at least be nice to the people that go in there .. you guys are literally sitting on your a**** for 8 hours a day .. just putting papers on a clip board ..no wonder more then have the staff are over weight . At least get up and move around .. and don’t look at people wrong because we have medical .. never judge a person by anyway .. just remember treat people how you want to be treated . Remember karma is real and god don’t like ugly. .

The reviews are not lying and the people working in the front are cruel and I don’t understand why they’re in healthcare but hate the sick. Their attitude is so unhinged. I don’t know why nothing has been done for this. Really nuts it’s almost like a requirement for working here is to be mean and treat people like garbage. They will lie to you do whatever it takes because ultimately you’re just a nuisance to them I would go as far to say it might even be dangerous to come here. I will never go there again if I can help it try the other locations

I just want to give a big thank you to MA ,Jessica Sanchez . She was genuinely just so caring and sweet . I don’t know how else to thank her she comforted me and was just such a beautiful caring person . I was crying to her and she’s listened and consoled me .

This provider listened to everything I said and he heard me .he Explained everything to me and went above and beyond with everything he said took his time and actually heard me and all my worries . He was so caring and just such a sweetheart . I loved how I walked out feeling 100% better . I never experienced such wonderful people in the medical feild .

I went to the doctor last week. They sent me to the urgent care to see a doctor even though I had an appt! I only waited like 30 minutes but the doctor Didn’t even send over my results so I’m sitting here at quest diagnostic waiting for them to send them over. It’s 3:30 PM I’ve been fasting all day for this test and I’m irritated
