First time going there. The staff were professional and courteous to everyone. The atmosphere was pleasant with the enthusiastic Halloween decorations. Appointment seemed to run a little longer than I'd like but who likes going to the doctor?

I absolutely love having Clínicas as my healt provider! I am taken a back by how efficient and professional every one is. I love that I get various texts and they have multiple ways to remind me of my upcoming appointments. Staff is always available for rescheduling and scheduling appointments with a simple phone call. Even when I forget to schedule an appointment they reach out to me to get that done. I had an emergency with a head injury right when I had moved over to Clínicas from some other clinic and they handled my emergency so efficiently and professionally. I went to the urgent care at the Robert S. Juarez clinic on Statham here in Oxnard and I was so impressed I decided to make them my PCP. DR. Pascall is so efficient and on top of my health needs that my whole family is impressed on how thorough she is which all my concerns. Referrals to specialists have never been so easy and fast as they are with this clinic !! I just can say enough about clínicas!

My girlfriend made an appointment a few days ago, the earliest appointment they had is in January. She wasn’t feel good on Saturday morning, so took her to the urgent care in Oxnard on 2100 Statham Blvd as soon as they opened. Wait time was not bad, they service they provided was very unacceptable they are getting paid to listen and understand what the patient is feeling. I don’t recall her ever saying her name but she came in rude and with an attitude and said “we looked at your file we see you have anxiety issues and this is an urgent care and you should wait till JANUARY for your primary doctor”. We tried to explain how she was feeling with headaches and fatigue, all she can say was “ I can not do anything for you today”. She said to buy a blood glucose monitor to see if her blood sugar is low. The reason why we were there is to get answers and service that every patient deserves. Clincas del Camino Real is the worst place to receive any medical care.

Currently writing review as I am waiting to be attended. They have a really long waiting time, waited over an hour to be called in. And have been waiting in the room to see the doctor for over an hour as well and currently waiting. It's been about 2 and a half hours since I came in waiting to be checked for an urgent check up. I am strongly thinking of just walking out because I just hear the nurses laughing and don't seem to be in any rush, I have seen a few others leave the waiting room as well

I try to avoid this place at all cost unless I have too went in Monday soon as they opened they told me it was 1.5 hour wait waited for about 3 hours in the waiting room wasn’t able to leave until about 4 o clock and that was after seeing the doctor so almost 1.5 hour waiting on. The doctor who was said to be behind with no food nothing with my son who was sick and myself too and they kept telling me oh your next but kept calling people who arrived after me be called back I couldn’t even leave to get my son food cause I had to be in the lobby and once I was called back the practitioner was rude with an attitude saying how she had a long day like how is that our fault I never wait this long at cmh urgent care
