The Latin lady at front desk, was direct, rude, and unwilling to help me with my blood draw and insurance issue. LaQuinta at North Decatur location went out of her way to help me by calling the VA and getting the authorization number she needed. This Hispanic lady seemed overwhelmed and was glad to get me out of her hair! If my doctor orders any more labs, I'll steer clear of this location and go see my friend Laquinta! A smile and kindness is required when doing customer service, not poker face and rudeness! I'm a retired Concierge from the Venetian and Bellagio, and former Delta Airlines flight attendant. I opened the Wynn resort in 2005! I know GREAT customer service when I get it, and when I don't!

What is the point of an appointment here? Been waiting 30 min. They refused to provide a face mask although requiring one. The check in computer is only in spanish and the women up front at the desk have limited people skills with anyone who isn't Spanish speaking. Choose another lab for your needs.
