I am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. They are consistently late in filling prescriptions, even for medications that are time-sensitive. I’ve had to follow up multiple times, only to receive vague or incorrect updates about the status of my orders.

On more than one occasion, I’ve been told that my prescription will be delivered on a specific day, only find out it’s not. Even though I request refills in a timely manner, they always arrived late, well after the date I was quoted. This lack of communication and organization is incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with health-related needs.

It’s clear that there are serious issues with their process/communication and as a customer, I feel undervalued. I strongly suggest they take steps to improve their efficiency and communication, as this level of service is unacceptable.
Would not recommend unless it’s your only option.

Clinical Compound is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They exceed expectation in price, speed of getting scripts filled, customer service and appearance.
Their front desk staff are a delight. They’re professional yet friendly, very personable and always helpful.
Their price for my complex compound medicine is so good that I travel over 40 mins to have it filled here. They allow me to text a photo of my paper prescription which is really convenient since I’m so far away and would have to wait to have it filled (Of course, I have to give it to them when I arrive and before they’ll release the medicine).

What a great Pharmacy. Service is top notch! Ever since I started using Clinical Compound to fill my prescriptions I get everything in a quick timely manner. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by a very friendly staff that always has a smile on their face. I would 10/10 recommend anyone in the area to switch to Clinical and support this amazing business.

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would!
First, everyone there is super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and make you feel like they value your business.
Secondly, their pricing is 1/7th what I pay for the same medication at Bonita Compounding!!
I’m paying $50 at Clinical and saving $300 every month!! THREE HUNDRED less!! What!?! That’s amazing!
Lastly, they are able to fill complex compounds and specialized medications.

If my carrier would allow it I’d only ever use this pharmacy because they’re 10/10 all day every day!

I enjoyed their service. Package was lost, i reached out and my medication was received the next day. The guy I spoke to was fair and pleasant. Also, good communication skills. I would definitely use their service again. Period.

What a great pharmacy. Lauren is the best. I just got my second bout of COVID and they set me up with the right dr who would actually treat me and filled her script within 30 min on Xmas eve no less! More people should look to them for specialty meds instead of the big pharmacies who don’t really care if you get your meds or not. They actually care. Keep up the great work guys!
