EXTREMELY PREJUDICE AGAINST NON-LATINO PATIENTS, VERY DISTURBING ORGANIZATION! This well oiled one-stop-shop "all all things medical" has made thousands, upon thousands of Humana dollars off of my handicapped mother's (PC, podiatry, ortho, specialist) care yet continue to disrespect the BASIC fact that she speaks ENGLISH only! Today she was stranded in 92° temperatures, roadside, while pleading with a SPANISH SPEAKING ONLY transportation driver rambled on, canceling her long-awaited appointment. I have voiced my concerns over this egregious treatment in the past, yet here we are again facing the same disrespectful treatment of a vulnerable senior. This organization caters to LATINO ONLY clientele, but willfully accepts the insurance funds from those that they shuffle to the side, leaving inaudible voicemail & texts that serve ZERO purpose except to worry & worsen the mental & physical well being of an already desperate patient! Shame on these reckless, greed driven people. My poor mother deserves far better. All this revenue generated from their Healthcare mill, yet unwilling to hire staff that has command of the native English language!.

Está clínica la deberían cerrar el servicio es pésimo , yo soy paciente de ahí resiente y ya estoy buscando para cambiarme porque me hice miembro en el mes de noviembre solo tuve una sola cita con el doctor que apenas se quien es pues me recibió con un nasabuco , me mandó hacer todo tipo de estudios y después a los días me llamaron para que me los hiciera y yo le dije que ya me los habían hecho y la secretaria me respondió que no los tenía en el sistema , a donde fueron a parar mis estudios 🤯después estoy tratando de comunicarme con el doctor para que me mande mis medicamentos y nada estamos en finales de enero y no tengo medicamento y los necesito soy asmática sufro de depresión y ellos no les interesa mi próximo appointment con el es en febrero

La clínica ha empeorado con los nuevos dueños. Los referidos se tardan meses y aveces ni llegan a los especialistas. Imposible comunicarse con el personal de la clínica. Me voy de allí porque mi excelente médico Dr Alain Estevez se fue para otra clínica, como muchos de sus pacientes vamos detrás de el BYE después de 6 años

Visité la clínica de Bird Road los días 11,12 y 13 de agosto con motivo de un chequéo para una cirugía de hombro urgente. Agradezco a rapidez,eficiencia y el profesionalismo practicado una vez más por los Drs.Alain Estévez, Manuel Franco así como a sus respectivos asistentes,técnicos y administrativos.Los quiero a todos

Mala experiencia, fui por primera vez y me dejaron esperando 4 horas, si el sistema estaba lento, pero yo llegue antes de mi hora de appointment, y las pacientes de ahí dijeron que así es siempre y que la gente ya no quieren ir y hasta los mejores medicos se han ido.
