I was initially very frustrated when attempting to make an appointment, as it took several tries to secure a time. The delay was due to the fact that only one person handled appointments for my specific doctor and she was allegedly so busy that I had to leave a voicemail on what appeared to be a cell phone. My calls were not returned promptly, which was extremely frustrating. It seemed ridiculous to me that something as basic as scheduling could only be managed by one person. However, once I finally visited, I was pleasantly surprised. The office, despite the location, was clean, and the staff was very attentive, ensuring I was assisted promptly. Dr. Hayes has a welcoming personality that made me feel comfortable, and thoroughly addressed all of my questions.

I had a surgery at this place about 15 years ago, the surgeon was fine, I can't say the same this with the nursing staff, they gossip about patients violating the privacy of their parents, at that moment I was not able to speak English But I did understand what they was talking about, I will never go there ever. I don't recommend it, they just care about money, not the well being of their patients.

No wonder why this place has such a low low low review.

I have appointment at 1.00PM and got a text that I have to be there 10 mins earlier.
I was there at 12.40PM. I checked in with front staff but she did not ask for ID or insurance but tell me to sit.

After an hour passed I ask again do I need to fill out the form or something? She said no. And I went back to sit and wait. 15 mins passed. She told me to come fill out the form. And then I have to wait another hour to see the nurse. After I saw the nurse I have to wait almost 30 mins to see a doctor.

Finally doctor came and told me she cant do anything because I need to do blood work first. When Im leaving, they said normally not takes this long but today they have some kind of emergency.( they should have informed me!!!)
Also I dont understand why patients that arrived after me can go in first.

Yes I told the clinic that I have hypertension (HBP) prior to the appointment. I need primary doctor. They should this set up on the same day. So I dont have to waste my time.

If I could rate zero stars I would . This place is a joke. I had a 1:30 appointment that took MONTHS to get and I come and I haven’t even been seen yet it’s been 3 HOURS it’s ridiculous !!!!! I’m not even a walk in!! Please for the love of buddha
Or god or whatever don’t come here !! Listen to the reviews I’m not just some Karen this is the worst place. Might as well die than get seen here

the most unprofessional healthcare workers i have ever dealt with. they have you wait on the phone just to hang up on you as soon as you ask your question. i guess if they don't know the answer they just hang up.

Would not recommend under any circumstances. Was told the doctor I was suppose to visit would not be available when I reached (even though I called before coming). Had to wait for over two hours after the appointed time. The replacement doctor (Dr Hazzan Samar) was rude and did not consider anything I said. Extremely unprofessional. The entire experience from start to end was the worst. Even if you are visiting here make sure you avoid Dr Hazzan Samar. She is absolutely the worst.

The wait times can be long but everyone here is very accommodating and friendly. Honestly much better than the Huntington park location. I made the switch a few years ago because the HP location kept losing my information and I didn’t feel comfortable with the doctors there. As for the downtown location, I’ve actually been seen by many of the doctors that work there and I like them all. Of course I have a few favorites but overall everyone there, from the front desk clerks, nurses, phlebotomists, to the doctors are diligent and nice. I have seen them truly try their best to improve on management and scheduling appointments.
